I bought this hair about a month ago for $350. I got the 22 inch Loose Deep Wave with the 5x5 closure. The structure of the wig is lousy. After the first wash, it started tangling and matting. This has only gotten worse with each wash. I could have just got the same wig for half the price on AliExpress. Unless you are sent this wig for free, I DO NOT recommend this company to get your hair.

***PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!*** Ordered from wiggins once before and loved it. Decided to order again, communication was fantastic. Spent over $600AUD for this HD lace closure wig. The density and hair length was lovely but disappointly not HD lace at all as it claimed to be. After just wearing it once, while combing the hair gently to detangle before washing it, the lace closure rips terribly. Shockingly bad quality for such an expensive wig and all they can do is offered $25 compensation FOR A $600+ WIG!! BUY ELSEWHERE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered a 36in wig I've had my wig about6 months so much shedding my wig went from 36 to at least 24 and it tangles terrible I paid over 800 $ for bs wiggins will never get my money again

The first wig I purchased was beautiful. It was a deep wave wig so I would wet, mousse and go. The second wig was a straight wig. I went to flat iron it the wig basically began to melt. I thought I was bugging and even turned the heat down. The wig still was melting on the flat iron and the whole wig is ruined now. Clearly this isn’t human hair or a good replica fiber of human hair. Y’all know y’all not right I AM UPSET!!!! Money wasted…

TRUST POILIT IS ASKING FOR MORE INFORMATION YET YALL DONT ALLOW PICTURES AND MY REVIEW IS VERY CLEAR I WAS FALSE ADVERTISED TO AND SCAMMED OUT OF $700 EXPECTING A 100% REAL HUMAN HAIR WIG HOWEVER I WAS SENT A SYNTHETIC WIG!!! WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW WITHOUT ALLOWING PHOTOS?????? Wow why would you lie saying you gave me a investigation report????? You have never provided anything nor did you need to because it’s FAKE HAIR!!! WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE BANK ALONG WITH A REAL WIG THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID RIGHT AWAY THAT YOUR WIG IS FAKE HOW EMBARRASSING AN OLD LADY CAN SEE THAT YOUR WIG WAS FAKE!!!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND GET A JOB TO AFFORD TO BUY REAL HAIR TO SALE!!!!!

Everything is good until you want to actually return an order that you’re not satisfied with. I was always suspicious of how this company had all 5 stars reviews. No matter how good a company is, some customers might not like something. I did some research and realized that customers are promise lots in coupons if they leave 5 stars reviews. Very unethical and dishonest to genuine customers. 1 star reviews doesn’t mean a company is bad which is why I like them and make me trust a company more. Some customers give one stars because the product is quality but it was late. Those are important to help businesses to improve on areas they need to, so wiggins marketing strategy to get all 5 stars reviews all the time is dishonest and unethical. On to why I’m really writing this reviews which I’ll be leaving on their site as well. I always order from them and I am mostly “satisfied” with their hair. I don’t think their hair is great quality but good enough to keep, which I did with last orders that I did. This time I made an order. The hair is shredding and bad quality straight out the package. I repackaged everything including the gifts for return then contact wiggins right after. I have been getting the runaround and no return label although their policy “allows” you to return within 30days. If I don’t receive the information to return the hair and get a refund in a couple hours. I’ll be moving onto phase 2 to recover my funds, and I’ll update the troubles I’ve been having here. In short: DO NOT SHOP HERE until wiggins actually starts doing their business more honest like allowing their customers to leave honest reviews even if some of those are 1 star. The hair is way to expensive to settle for otherwise. UPDATE: Another prove that wiggins hair company is fake and a scam. I uploaded a 1 star review on their website under the product that I purchase. It still has not been posted yet. Please shop elsewhere. Also, you can open a claim with PayPal to get your money back if or when you’re not satisfied with the product.

Horrible horrible hair they advertised they sell virgin hair but I was sent remy hair that fell out in clumps even with evidence they refused to refund AVOID

This hair is not worth the money This hair is not worth the money. It’s pretty for the first two days and after that it gets very tangled and knotty. Because it’s so tangled it shreds like crazy! There were clumps of the hair on my bathroom floor from just one detangle. When wet it’s not as thick. I order 24” 200 density. When it’s wet it looks nothing like 200. I wish I was a YouTuber so I could warn people before. The YouTube reviews on this hair are great which is why I purchased it but they are not honest! It’s been a year since I purchased this wig and It’s unwearable. This is my second review my first one was flagged by the company. This wig was not cheap and it didn’t even last a year I paid $300 plus for a wig that lasted a few week ________________ This is a response to Mary who replied to my review. I am well aware of how to take care of wigs and the basic maintenance of a curly wig this is not my first time nor is it my first wig. But as a company instead of taking accountability for the wig, you tried to swift the blame as if I was the negligent one. which speaks to how things are handled by your company. My first review I posted 7/26/21 which was removed after being flagged. I provided the same info to you at that time nobody reached out to mend the situation. I expect a wig that cost l $300+ to not require so much of hassle or maintenance and to last longer than a few weeks. If that’s the case I could have ordered from Amazon.
