DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Firstly they are from china not America like they make it seem, the hair is nothing like the pic at all and it’s sooooooo thin!!!! For £182 I expected decent hair not ratty thin hair, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return! Ask for pics and just say it’s fine and won’t give you a address to return it too, and offer a measly refund of £11, this is my first ever wig purchase and I now I’m down £182 with a wig nothing like the pics, the colour was off which I can live with but the density was no way 180% and I cannot see it lasting longer than a month let alone a year like they say

They do not have customer service! They don’t reply via emails or WhatsApp. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Never received tracking they don’t have customer service and they pay people to say that their hair is good and promote it. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

If you are needing a wig for a specific occasion or date, order it way in advance. They do not inform you at the time of your purchase that delivery will be delayed. I ordered a wig on March 22 and have not received a tracking number yet. The 3-7 business days is a lie! I have ordered wigs from them in the past, and it did not take this long. After finally emailing them about my order I received a poor explanation that they are hand preparing the wig so it may be a delay in shipping, well things like that should be communicated to customers BEFORE taking their money! This was my birthday hair and now it won't be here in time such a HUGE inconvenience and disappointment! I will never order from them again.

The 2nd wig I purchased and I’m disappointed once again. Looks like synthetic hair more than human. The hair doesn’t last and it just is not giving. I won’t be purchasing again sorry had enough.

My order has not been delivered since July 2023 and I’ve not been refunded either. Wigfever delivered my order to an address from my payment method instead of the address I used for the order. I ordered two wigs of £258.50 in July 2023 but I haven’t received the wigs or any refunds up till date. I contacted customer service immediately I noticed in my account on their website that my order was shipped to my former address (my first address where I lived years ago which is over six hours drive from my current address) whereas I used my current address whilst placing the order. Since Wigfever claimed that the item has already been delivered to the wrong address, I kept reaching out to the customer service to immediately arrange for a home pick up so that DHL which delivered the item could go and collect the item from the wrong the address where it was delivered previously and redeliver it to the correct address but all I got was a fake email from Wigfever on behalf of DHL after few weeks claiming that the item has been delivered. The worst lie was that the screenshot of this email from DHL that Wigfever forwarded to me during a chat was a DRAFT email. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY from them. Now I lost a whooping sum of £258.50 due to an error regarding my shipping address from Wigfever and they couldn’t refund me.

Shipping took a long time, I emailed asking if they could ship sooner and they were receptive and nice but it took 2 weeks longer than expected. The wand curls fall after a few days and the wig takes a more ocean wave form but was perfect and lovely the past few months. The HD lace is great and the glueless aspect makes it super convenient, was super happy with my purchase and even made another purchase of a second different wig which i will probably end up returning as today I decided to wash the hair only for the entire frontal section to mat terribly? it’s literally uncombable and unless im willing to dish out more money than it’s worth for this wig to be repaired I will probably throw this wig away as clearly it’s terrible quality. Very disappointed.

BE WARNED: False advertising, lying and lack of consideration. They claimed they would deliver my wig in 5-10 business days. LIARS. 1 week has passed and I received no dispatch or tracking information whatsoever. When I demanded an update, they began speaking gibberish about needing longer time to bleach the knots. Then why didn’t they say that at the point of order? I bought the wig for a holiday trip and now it will not arrive in time. Now they are trying to convince me to downgrade to a cheaper wig without bleached knots. If I wanted a different wig I’d have spent my money elsewhere. They have taken my money but have refused to give me a timeline of actually preparing the wig, dispatching or delivering it. They are liars and fraudulent. Do not believe their false advertising. My trip has been ruined and my money is gone and I’ve been crying trying to figure out what I will do now.
