Okey literally it has been a month, I didn’t get the hair because “the shipper asked for the item back” I contacted them multiple times they replied for the first once but when it came to this issues and me asking to process a refund or to get the hair back they completely ignored it. Literally SCAMMERS. I am not gonna stop emailing them or going on social media until I get my money back.

DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM WIG ENCOUNTERS!!!! DON’T DO IT! I brought my first wig from there after seeing a YouTuber whose opinion I respected rant and rave about how great it was. When the wig game , it was not at ALL what I ordered. The only way to contact anyone that I found, is through email and no one has responded. Save your money!!!

Yeah they scamming people I suggest you don’t purchase a wig from them. And when you email them they don’t respond.

I wish that I had checked this website before buying from this company which was not advertised as a Chinese enterprise. The quality of the wig was so poor there were literally bald and thinning patches when I received it! I immediately requested a refund and showed pictures that the lace was unaltered and the patches on the wig. I was told to try and "restyle" it, also the cost to return the wig is so exorbitant to China that I'm basically stuck with a bald wig sucked in by a YouTube influencer - Mercy Gono - endorses, needless to say she is cancelled! Buyers Beware!! I would give a zero because a 1 is not even worth it :(

Please, don’t order from this company. It’s the absolute worst. They have scammed youtubers into making videos on product they do not have in stock. They also ship their products via Boat. I’ve been waiting for my hair since I ordered July 28, 2020. Still have not received a tracking link. The communication is nice, I thought, but they are trained to prolong and scam. Catherine. Don’t order from this company. Look at the reviews online!

I am so sad to report that this is my first time being scammed by an online store, and for $340!! I ordered an HD Lace Wig on 07/27 and have yet to see it or hear back from Catherine who emailed me right after I placed the order to confirm my shipping address? This was alarming because my order confirmation includes my mailing address, etc and I paid via PayPal. Today is 08/16 and I don’t think I’ll ever see the wig or my money. This all came from a great review given by AlliyahsFace on YouTube. I should have researched the company first.

Well I’m trying to write at least one thing positive . I believe the hair quality is good. Here is the thing, the moment I opened the package up until finish installing the hair on my head it took me hours because when they bleach the knot it bleeds thru and the root of the hair above 2 inches was completely blond . I’ve never seen such thing in wig experience. Very unprofessional. I had to dye the hair black. The hair shades until now. I’ve No idea how they have got all the good reviews. All I know is The hair they sent me is waste. I had to bring it to live. Why would I pay over $239 (it’s on sale) and spend all day fixing their mistake? I’m very very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I agree with the comments below. The wig took at least a month before they sent it out.. and they only sent it out when I chased them! And then when it came it was not the wig I ordered! I ordered a HD lace and I received a normal swiss lace frontal. Dont waste your money please!
