I purchased a wig from wig encounter. The wig to me didn’t look like what I ordered. So I messaged them about a refund i ended up shipping the wig back to them with my own money it was almost 50 dollars to send back this was in April or May when I return it I kept in contact to see when will I receive my refund. One they are rude Af af you can ready Chinese two they take forever to message you back days. It’s like that have the tracking number but they want you to research where the wig is it has been 3 months and I haven’t received my refund they are horrible and unprofessional I will never shop with the ever I could have brought a good wig off of Amazon and been placed and the return policy is simple Moral of the story shop with someone else. I wasted a bout 200 some off dollars at this point they can keep it it’s been 3 or 4 months

I will give this company -F, ZERO STARS! It is 2021 and Wig Encounters just reminded me that scammers exist. I received a wig that was dry, shorter than advertised that you cannot even style, and cannot fit on my head... The cap is too small. Contacted the company through email ( Catherine). She basically replied " 3 customers last week returned items and it got lost, damaged or destroyed at customs, so I advise not to return and I'll refund you $20" I literally paid $100 for a wig I cannot even wear. I could have just went to my local beauty supply store and got a $20 wig that look 10xs better than that sh* they just sent me. By the way, you youtube INFLUENCERS, stop advertising their company. They send you guys one thing but send actually customers who spends hundreds of dollars TRASH! It's a Scam SCAM Scam, and a lesson learned. Never Again.

This company is a scammer. The wig I saw on YouTube is not the wig I received. My wig if balding and has a receding hairline. Buyer beware they are a dishonest company.

Do not order anything from this bogus company! I ordered a wig that cost over $327.20 after discount! Placed order on November 2nd. This wig was for my baby girls 21st birthday on December 20th! Never received a tracking number! Communicated for weeks and was LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! Took my money and had my baby crying for her birthday! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND WIG ENCOUNTER TO ANYONE!!!

I bought a wig after seeing a YouTube review. The wig took over three months to get to the UK. And when I tracked it , it said out for delivery but never came to my address. Royal mail stated the person was not at the address stated therefore returned it back to sender. The agents tried to send a message to indicate the fight address but to no avail. I wrote to Catherine who kept directing me back to royal mail. I have asked for a refund or a wig posted to the right address but no replies. They are scamners I can see the pattern in other reviews. Please don't waste your money.

THEY SCAM PEOPLE! and they dont care! I cancelled my Order and they said it would be refunded, But they lie and I haven’t gotten my money so I’be paid 407,9USD for nothing its absolutely heartbreaking
