Hi Shawna, Thank you for your honest review and for sharing this detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you feel the playset itself is good quality, and we’re truly sorry that the assembly process caused frustration. Wickey playsets are designed to allow for wood movement that naturally occurs with outdoor products, which is why not all holes are pre‑drilled. That said, we completely understand that this can be unexpected and time‑consuming—especially when it comes to adjustments like tarps or rope accessories. Your feedback about the rope assembly in particular is very helpful. I shared that with our product team. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know where the experience fell short. If there’s anything we can still assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team directly: https://wickey.com/contact-us - Marcus, The Wickey USA Team

Hi Trevor, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you liked the overall design and features, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with warped and split boards, missing parts, and the difficulty of assembly. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver. Wood is a natural material and can react to environmental changes during transport, but excessive warping or splitting is not acceptable. I have shared the concerns you raised about the tarps, surf board, and overall build difficulty with our quality and product teams so improvements can be made. If any parts were missing or unusable, our customer service team would be happy to assist further. We appreciate your honesty—it helps us continue to improve. Marcus, The Wickey USA Team
