Could not get the program to work. Just got different errors and freezes. Bought a new printer instead, because it took to much time. I emailed them to try and get a refund, but that was not possible. I also asked for a reciept, two times, and i still have not recieved it. If you have time to troubleshoot for hours, this is the right choice. If you value your time and need a reciept, stay away.

Perfetto ho risolto il problema sulla stampante!

Contacted Wic Reset to purchase a key to rest my Epson L1300 ink pad counter.They were quick to respond. After purchase, i loaded the key , within a minute my printer shut down and refused to start up. I them contacted them, with no rsponse. The key effected the printer, and now can not be used. DO NOT purchase a reset key from them.
