While I understand that some items are in bad shape or missing parts but I bought a monitor that was just delivered today. The box is intact, the styrofoam inside is intact and undamaged, even the manual is included still sealed in the bag it comes in but the monitor screen is physically broken and was broken before it was put in the intact box and shipped to me. That means they knew it was damaged and sold it anyway after cleaning it up and boxing it up. No return policy for obvious reasons, they sell known damaged goods with no way to get your money back. Never shopping here again.

I wanted to see what the hype was with WiBargain. I received two egg coloring kits, dorm sheets, hair curling iron and a few other small items. The kicker is, I received a used, rusted car engine part and I have no clue what part it is. If I have to worry about getting this type of item in my box, I don't need to purchase anymore. Total items I received are not worth the $125 I spent. Now I have to dispose of this junk of rusted metal. Before you purchase a box, remember, you are getting items that other people have returned. If they returned them, must have been something wrong with it. Save your money.

Figured I'd risk $100 to see if the "premium" box was worth it. Purchased on 4/9/2021 and did not recieve the box until 5/11/2021. Was never able to track package. I guess we all have our own definition of "premium" I got 3 pair of flats all in new condition and varying sizes, a "bed on the go" High School Musical edition, two gaming keyboards probably valued about $20-$30 each, some random stereo cover pc for a 2001-2005 Honda, a bamboo drawer organizer for like silverware, a package of light bulbs, a hair mushroom hair trap which is probably the most useful thing in the box to me, and honestly that is all I can remmeber. Nothing of real use. Let my experience warn you against wasting your money =) Will I buy another WiBargain box? NO

Came fairly quickly. Received 12 items in my box. Sizes vary. Received socks, underwear, pants, dresses, shirts, and a jacket. Hopefully the resale gets my money back and more. May even keep one for myself. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting. What an all around awful experience with this. Placed an order in March. Received a shipping label confirmation March 6th for tracking purposes. Sure, shipping might take a bit for Covid etc. understandable. But 3months later? Okay..let’s open the box—outside of the box has no visible water damage. Open the box..ALL items smelled of mold and mildew—think were clothes sitting in the washer for 3months smell..awful right?? Continue to inspect these items..theres a child’s cardboard book soaking I mean still dripping liquid wet and covered in BLACK MOLD, a child’s puzzle box also wet, children’s clothing wet, and an item that’s supposed to be a rocket launcher but only had the tube and one else tube attachment included NO OTHER PARTS! The lady on the phone says I can give you a $50 Store credit—I ask how so? The response “because it still seems usable” excuse me? All of this mildew and black molded items are still usable? I ask to speak to a Supervisor..wouldn’t you know it. There are absolutely Zero Supervisors or Managers on this staff? Weird right? So they took $125+ dollars and 3months of my time to send me literal trash. The hilarity of it all. If only I could post the pictures, videos that you could smell through this post. Disgusting

The experience was good. It was over a month late. There was one item in the box that had the word BAD on the box and it didn’t work. My expectations were high and I was a little disappointed.
