So I got a twin bed set where the bag was ripped open and the zipper was broken and then I got a dirty 5 pound weight, and then I got some Easter decorating kits, some dollar erasers, and an easter dog toy. highest disappointment ever

Terrible company. Took me 3 months to get it. They sent me the WRONG THING! I ordered electronics and they sent clothes. They say sorry no refunds and give me store credit. Thankfully chase gave me my money back. Don’t use these guys

I ordered a box after watching all of the positive reviews on Instagram. Shipping was very fast. It was delivered to the wrong house, not their fault. When I opened my "women's summer clothing box" it was nothing but a pair of large sweat pants, about 5 packages of masks, panties that are too big and children's socks.

I ordered my package 40 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. They’re excuse is they are backed up due to popularity and the amount of orders received. If your company is doing that good then why not hire more and speed up shipping instead of making these excuses! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a box from them 6 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. The phone number is answered by voicemail, and the customer service keeps repeating the same message that my box is in production and will be shipped in the next 2 weeks. That started 3 weeks ago and I just received it again after asking for a refund. I don't anticipate them doing much else at this point.

I've ordered three boxes so far. 1st was target box and it had nice stuff the second was a lowes box and it had home depot stuff broken stuff empty boxes I was disappointed. I wrote them and they credited my account 30 dollars. I'm still waiting on my 3 rd box that I ordered was the Amazon premium on may 3 . my tracking says check back tomorrow. I am getting aggravated
