They only get one star because it doesn’t allow you to give zero! I thought it would be fun to order one of these boxes after seeing someone do it on Facebook. I found the box I wanted, ordered it and thankfully had a discount code! It was supposed to be delivered December 26 and it still has never arrived three months later! I sent an email December 29 asking for the status and was told that due to high volume it may be delayed. I emailed several other times and even tried to call but was left on hold so long I hung up after 45 minutes! After the beginning of the year, I went to their website only to find that is completely different and now direct you to another place if you want certain types of boxes! I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company and received my refund that way!

Don’t even deserve one star but it’s almost been a year in may since I haven’t got my box or a refund! Was supposed to be my graduation qift I hope no one orders anything from them ever!!!

Horrible experience with the owner and manager. Panama location closed. There new store is located at 5601 Aldrin Ct. Bakersfield 93311.

My order was placed in October 2021. I have yet to receive my boxes or a refund. Time after time I've called and emailed, still nothing. When I did get thru, I was told that my boxes had just been expedited and weeks later, nothing. I requested a refund, I was told 5-7 days, that was months ago. How are we going to get our product or refund? I thought BBB would've forced them to refund, I thought wrong.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's been almost 6 months and I still have not received my packages it's refund. Customer service has stopped responding and their phone number is no longer in service.

I placed an order with this company June 2021. We are still waiting for them to deliver our last box. I have emailed customer service many times and their response is always "We are experiencing high demands for our boxes", "we will get your box to you as soon as we can", "would you like a store credit to use on a future order?". My frustration is real with this company. DO NOT ORDER A BOX! YOU WILL RECEIVE JUNK, OR YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR BOX AT ALL. BUYER BE WARE!!

Order # 137779. I ordered a box from them on August 11, 2021. After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted them for a refund. Went back and forth with them for months and got no where. Jessica from WB told me that I would have to wait “5-7 business days” for a refund but after 2 more weeks I still saw nothing. I contacted BBB and they weren’t even able to help. Still am in the process of trying to get my money back. Since then they have taken down their google page, don’t respond to any emails and have also disconnected their phone numbers.

If I could give them a zero I would. Total scam. I order item last year 9/21 and we never received the items. F
