I called Whole Sale Screen Printing without realizing they weren't a local company (they are in Florida, I'm in Illinois). I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone. Stephanie was great and answered all my questions. I sent my ideas to her and Wayne the artist got back to me within the day. It took a few tries to get what I exactly what I wanted, but I never was made to feel like I was being too picky or asking too much. Every phone call and email was returned immediately. I got the t shirts a very short time after I approved the artwork. The prices for the shirts are reasonable, and they only require you order 6. Most places I called were 12 and much more expensive per piece. The best part for me was the artwork design was free. Most places I called were an hourly rate, with no idea how long it would take to create what I wanted. Some places didn't get back to me at all, another reason I appreciated the stellar customer service. Overall I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
