Bad – a bad experience but with no sign of malicious intent.
The first time I used Wholesale Screen Printing was a great experience. The sales person and graphics person made improvements to what I submitted and I was extremely happy with the results. But unfortunately this time was much different. I went online to design the posters and uploaded my image but couldn't upload my text as it was in a Word file and I was using a font that wasn't among the handful that WSP offers. But there was a message saying that files could be converted easily, just send them to customer service. So I sent the file that day and waited. I hadn't heard back by the next day so I called on the phone and Stephanie told me to sit tight and I would hear something soon. The day after that (Wed) I got an e-mail from Kelley who thanked me for the order and told me she would put in an art request. Then I didn't hear anything so I e-mailed on Friday to see what was going on as we were leaving for our tour in 2 weeks and if converting the file was going to be impossible I wanted to know so I could order from another company. Kelley responded that she didn't know I was in a hurry and she would get started on it. So the following Monday (a week from when I first attempted to place my order) I was finally able to get my order placed. The next day I heard back from Wayne who sent me proofs with gigantic art on the front (14" x 15").It seemed large to me so I measured the art on my other shirts and the largest was about 10.5" x 12". So I asked to make it smaller and he sent another one that was a tiny bit smaller. I asked again if it could be smaller and finally got one where the artwork looked normal on the front. I asked a few times if he could help me make the back look a little better as I had done it in Word and had no control over the spacing. But he was only able to use it exactly as it was in Word and he sent it extra large as well. I had to wonder at this point if he had ever seen a printed t-shirt before. But after eight days of waiting I decided to trust him on the back as maybe it can be wider than the front. So the shirts arrived in time and I was given the same price as I would have if I had been able to place my order 8 days earlier. But the type on the back was extra wide and awkwardly spaced and I was disappointed that Stephanie talked me out of adding a second color to the front as much of the image was missing. Kelley and Stephanie were very nice though and Wayne was probably just inexperienced at helping with t-shirts. Jennifer did an amazing job the time before, so it might be worth asking for Jennifer if you plan to have a t-shirt printed here.
