The driveshaft arrived a day early :) It looked great, freshly painted, bearings looked new compared to mine with 137,000 miles, Universal Joints were grease-able type and Now were Replaceable if they ever go again. Where as the factory driveshaft universals are unserviceable. Great Product . Thanks for being there. Professional Shops in Western New York use this Company, but I found them on the Internet before they told me. You won't be disappointed with the Great Quality.

Delivery was very fast. The part was in excellent condition. Matched perfectly. The only concern was that I need longer bolts to connect the driveshaft. It would have been nice if these were provided.

The service center wanted over $300 more for the part. But they agreed to install the part with just labor charges. They could not believe the savings and the quick shipment. The service center has this site bookmarked for future business.

These guys provided me with awesome customer service and an excellent part. They had the patience for me to call back 3-4 times as I communicated with my mechanic as to what part was needed. They guided me to the correct part, double checked that it was the correct one, and then let me know the different shipping options. Because I was a Canadian, the online form didn't allow me to fill out my postal code, as it has 6 digits but zip codes only allow 5 digits to be entered. They offered to take the information over the phone, helping me get the part ordered so that I could free up the SUV from the mechanic shop asap! An overall awesome company to deal with, and as another benefit, the next time the driveshaft has this same issue (u-joint) we will simply order a new u-joint through these guys. The stock BMW driveshaft had to be entirely swapped out, and would have cost $1400+ anywhere else. We bought this for a fraction of that! 11 Stars out of 10.
