Needed a replacement driveshaft for my daughter's pickup after a failure of the original unit. Found the website and was surprised at the ease of navigating. Made a call to order the driveshaft and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Got the order in and it was here in Pa from Ca on time. Driveshaft fit perfectly and install was great. The warranty is exceptional as well!. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again, and I have told several people to order their driveshafts from them as well. It's great to deal with an honest company in this day.

I ordered a driveshaft for my 2000 tundra to replace the damaged OE unit. The one i received was from a later model which is a much sturdier unit, complete with carrier bearing, u-joints and yokes installed. Reasonably priced and fast shipping. If i need to replace a driveshaft on one of my other vehicles WIP will be my first stop.

I'm so glad I found WIP! I ordered a rear driveshaft to my 2010 Mazda CX9 Grand Touring! It came well packed. Fited like a glove. Great customer service. I also like that when you called, you don’t have to go through bunch nonsense options, to, at the end talking to someone overseas that has no clue about what you are asking, nevermind the fact that they hardly understand and speak English!

I had an excellent experience with my driveshaft order. First, all my questions were answered clearly so that I could order the proper part. Arrival of the high quality shaft and joints was fast and well packed. I had further questions and requests and all done with amazingly fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this company. These guys set the standard for customer service, made the ordering process easy and provided the technical support I needed. Quick response to communication and a quality product. This is business like you mean it. I could not be more pleased.

Great personal service. They changed my order shipment from 2 day to 1 day because I neglected to read the comment that 2 day was only good for driveshafts not requiring a custom build. Then, when installing the driveshaft the replied instantly with help in installing. They alway replied quickly with questions concerning shipment and installation. Very personal. Rare these days!

Quick shipping, well made drive shaft. Less than OEM cost and just as good if not better quality. I have ordered a 2012 Mercedes GLK350 4matic front drive or propeller shaft and more than satisfied. Will do business again!

Excellent company to work with. Responsive to questions. I have purchased two driveshafts from Wholesale Import Parts and both fit perfectly. Their products are described well in the listing to remove any doubt about fit. Free standard shipping is awesome. The parts arrived exactly as planned. And of course the prices are very competitive.
