Hi Keith. Well, thanks for the feedback. We use Trustpilot as our review-gathering company and unfortunately, they only give us 2 options for reviews. We can create a "product" review request or a "service" review request. The service review request is for folks to comment on our customer service. We understand you placed your order online at 6 pm on October 25th. Our shipping policy does say “next-day shipping” but the order was placed after 5 pm so the next business day to process and ship the order would be the 27th. That is the day the hose you ordered was shipped. Currently, FedEx is showing your order will be delivered this Saturday, the 29th, by the end of the day.
