I’m not going to write the usual “great company, fast shipping” review. Here are the actual numbers. I purchased three 7-lb containers of Natural Chemistry Spa Oxidizing Shock from Wholesale Home for $29.99 each — 21 pounds total for $89.97. For comparison, I found the exact same Natural Chemistry product, same 7-lb size and manufacturer item, listed on Sunplay for $56.95 per container. Three at that price would cost $170.85. Wholesale Home saved me $80.88 on one order — roughly 47%. And this wasn’t some closeout item that took three weeks to arrive. My order was on its way September 2 and delivered September 5. That is what makes this company worth reviewing. In an era when everyone talks about affordability, Wholesale Home actually delivered it: the exact product I wanted, in the quantity I wanted, at an exceptionally competitive price, delivered promptly. At the end of the day, that is what online shopping is supposed to be.

Customer service is beyond bad. Take you business elsewhere, I can not stress this enough!

I bought grow tubes thru Amazon. I was expecting 150 tubes but only got 30. That is five times the cost. I have been buying these for years. I returned them within thirty days in the original packing. But, I only got a refund for 1/3 of my original purchase. They thru every excuse why they could not provide a full refund. This company is a conn. I highly recommend everyone stay away from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have heeded all the other reviews. Their customer service is none existent. They placed two orders and charged me twice. I called their phone number and spoke to someone. I emailed them and also contacted them on their web site customer service talk. Well received the two orders(duplicates) and was charged twice.

Company refused to reimburse for a product that I followed their return policy. Had to file a dispute with CC company and they still refused to reimburse. CC company finally reimbursed me - not Wholesale Home. Very shady business! Go elsewhere for sure!

I purchased 2 rolls of wire found a good price and was impressed with after sale notifications and prompt shipping. Great Job

The worst customer service. I have contacted them several times via email and their website and they most of the time don’t get back to you and if they do, it takes them forever. I will never shop with them again.
