Excellent customer service.

When I first joined W2B.com I did not know anything about setting up an automated account for my store. W2B had all the tools, videos and customer service to help me get started. I have learned so much from the detailed videos and customer service is just outstanding. My questions were answered within 1 business day and they are so courteous and knowledgeable. Wholesale2B is the only site I would use for my store because of the the ease of learning, and having all the suppliers in one place. They automatically remove out of stock items from your store. How great is that! You couldn't ask for a better company to do business with.

A good honest company that does what it says it will do. Large quantity of quality suppliers. Integrated with many sales channels.

COMPLETE Waste of time and money. Product pricing is ridiculous and integration with amazon is HORRIBLE. Items are all items that don't sell. Definitely the worst amazon addon I've spent money on. Cancelled after 2 days even though paid for a month simply because I didn't even want their useless spam products littering my inventory. AVOID.

This was a nightmare due to the poor customer service and long shipping times. Wholesale2B have taken the stress out of fulfilment. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.
