I absolutely love working with W2B! We have been in partnership for three years now. Because of their services our online commerce stores have doubled, if not tripled in traffic and sales.
They've really have gotten bulk inventory loading software figured out quite nicely--I just pick products we want to sell, click are few buttons and those products can be loaded into our stores by the 100's--and the best part, afterwards, we are finished.
W2B monitors stock levels and price changes for us making sure our stores do not oversell or loose profit. The service is quite affordable and their customer service is impeccable. They answer tickets within 24 hrs and work on any issue until it is solved. That is extraordinarily helpful.
We do not plan on stopping our plans with them any time soon. It really works for our stores.

I'd like to clarify some things here. About the product prices, those are provided to all of our members on 'as is' basis, which means they directly come from the suppliers - and Wholesale2B doesn't intervene or alter those prices in any way. If you feel that some suppliers are priced high, you can report the same to us, and we'd investigate the matter immediately. Also, the tracking codes are immediately sent to you once the suppliers provide us with those, without an inch of delay.
About the response time in customer service, all of our support tickets are answered within 24 hours on business days. The beauty of our ticketing system lies in the method that we employ. There are no middlemen in this process. Any technical issue is answered directly by our developers, and order-related issues are handled by the fulfillment team.
For the website's user experience, please send an email to us about the same. We'd definitely look into it, as we're constantly striving to deliver the best experience to our members.
The $80 to $10 comparison seems a bit far-fetched, for 1. we make sure that we get ONLY the wholesale prices of the products and 2. we closely monitor the price changes. However, please feel free to provide us with the proofs of the same, and we'd intimate with the suppliers.
About the transaction difference issue, like we explained, we only deal in US Dollars and any conversions made are by your bank and/or PayPal, and not us. Hence, the resolution has to come from them and not us. We've refunded you the same amount that was paid to us while you made the transactions - we did not deduct anything from the same.

I think the subscription has a fair price and I am very happy with the help of Aniruddha Pathak who helped me figure out problems with my hosting servers and CPU consumption. I thought was something to do with wholesale2b and it wasn't, so I am very grateful for the guidance to solve the problem. I also asked to extend my subscription a little longer and they offered me 7 days, not all companies do that.
Most products are overpriced but the companies who sell them make the prices, not wholesale2b. I have worked with other dropshipping companies but this one is my favorite. 5 stars.

Pros Vs Cons
Pros - Easily integrates with ebay automates alot of the process.
Now the many cons - Most items are over priced or have been found cheaper on other drop shippers. You have to pay for the items first before they will ship to the buyer which wouldn't like a big deal if they didnt only accept wire transfers. Now I have a customer waiting for my wire transfer to go through so they can ship an item that the customer paid for many days before. I use another drop shipper as well and the process is nothing like that at all. Overly priced subscription and overly priced products + no straight forward explanation on how they do business makes this a no go for me. My first and last month using them.

I see that you didn't have a very pleasant experience with us and our services. Let us address all the concerns one by one, shall we?
About items being overpriced - the prices are wholesale prices provided by the suppliers, and Wholesale2B offers them to you on 'as is' basis. We do not inflate or increase the prices by any means, they're purely supplier-provided.
While most of our products could be purchased using PayPal and Credit Cards, some categories or products may require us to impose restrictions. These are products that may fall into a more NSFW category, for which we require wire transfers - and it is made very clear in the Products browsing page itself.
The reason why you could not use a credit card or Paypal was because your account wasn't completely verified at the time. We at Wholesale2B perform multiple checks to make sure that the account holder is indeed authentic, and these steps are taken to ensure our member's safety. Also, we've now verified your account, which means you could now process your orders without any issues at all.
Again, I apologize for your experience with us. Could you please get in touch with us using our ticketing system so that we could help resolve all of your concerns? We're more than willing to provide you with an experience that you expected from us. Perhaps that could motivate you to remove some points from the Cons section and add them to Pros? :)

Wholesale2b has done so much for me. 2years ago I was running a dropshipping store on Shopify with my product coming from China and with so many weeks before my customers receive their package until I came across wholesale2b where I discovered so many good things from them.
