I had to place a few transactions this week with Wholesale2B, I entered my request (Ticket) shortly after, I received a notification that my transaction was a success, with the instruction on where to access the updates. The following day I was notified that my transaction was processed and is complete. The communication with the ticket system is truly fast, really it's two ways of communication, once you place your request by ticket, a follow-up email reply is received. Using the Ticket system is an excellent form of communication with wholesale2B. Wholesale2B is the perfect business for anyone who is considering getting into the business of online e-com. The Team is always reachable, the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Hello, I am thankful to see many positive revues. This is a flag for those who have cancelled possibly like I immediately after caused by change in avenue. In the only week before cancel I did get in touch with service help but after the cancel could not get in touch with anyone for the issue that persisted for several months. I have canceled continuously and was still charged month after month including today. So I finally said this is enough and chose to take action. I contacted the bank and disputed all of the monthly charges; (there was 2 disputed). They will not stop deducting from my account. After the first deduction after cancelation I was like whatever and canceled again then another month deduction and I spoke with the bank. If you start just be careful. That’s all

I have tried to get in touch with anyone for service but there is no phone number only an address. Tried several times to reset password and waited over a day to get any response but none came. I find these people sketchy at best and no longer do any business with them. If I can give them a NO STAR I would. Learn if no phone number to call don't do any business.

I would highly recommend this company as they helped me create a website for my selling platform. They are very knowledgeable with their craft and they answered any questions that I may have. I am a very satisfied customer and would always seek the help of this company in any future website questions that I will encounter in the near future.

I can't place a single order in approx. 2 months due to their so called restrictions on payment method. I even verified my credit card details and uploaded my documents upon their request but still it is useless service. There is no chat or live chat option with them and not even any contact number. They don't provide even proper information or details on their website and the only way to contact them by opening a ticket and wait for few days with useless reply. They even told me that I can use paypal as a 2nd option (if I don't want to verify my credit card details) for my orders which is totally wrong. Even after verifying my credit card I can't use both my credit & debit card OR Paypal at all. I only got account wallet option (in which they ask me to transfer the balance first in their so called wallet but I don't want to use this at all. If they don't allow us to use any of the above mentioned methods then why they misguiding their customers with wrong information's. I not happy with their services at all. It is one of the worst services I ever had and even can't place a single order due to their worst system. I already wasted my couple of days on it although I was planning to get more plans before but now I have change my mind after this worst experience.

The entire experience was efficient, easy, and professional. Even a simple support ticket was quickly resolved when I misconfigured the payment option. Great experience so far!!
