Hi Genuine Authentic Brand, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. At Wholesale2B, the wholesale cost of the products come directly from the suppliers and are shown to you 'as is', without making any changes to prices or inflating them. If you feel that a certain supplier is charging higher for the products than they should, you can always create a ticket for the same and we would immediately look into it. Additionally, the transaction fee is levied by the payment processor and not us. It also takes into account a nominal processing fee if (and only if) we process the orders for you and handle the communication with the suppliers. It is always advised to create a support ticket from your Wholesale2B account so that our team could work towards rectifying your concerns. Thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B, we're grateful. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak - Design Director Wholesale2B

The CSV file is a dump of all our product data which can be read using Excel and website developers can also use it so its not meant for Amazon. If you wish to sell on Amazon then you should get our Amazon plan instead, but this does require that you have a Professional Amazon seller account. I hope this helps :)

Hi Aman, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback to us. Upon investigating, we did find a discrepancy between the products and their pictures, as mentioned in your review. We immediately reached out to the supplier to get this rectified. Please note that the products and their data in Wholesale2B are provided by the suppliers and we present the data to you on 'as is' basis, without modifying anything. As we host a million products, chances are rare, but it could happen that we miss a mismatch of the product details like the ones in your example. In this case, it is always advised to create a support ticket from your Wholesale2B account so that our team could work towards rectifying it. As this was a supplier-side error, Wholesale2B had little to no control over such a mismatch. I request you to give us a chance anew, and revise your review based on your experience going forward. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B
