Warning: My Experience with a Scam Website—Don’t Fall for Their Tricks
This is the worst website I have ever seen. They are kind of scammers. First, I subscribed to an eBay plan. After subscribing, I paid $50 to get 250 “winning products,” but when I pushed them, I didn’t get any sales. Also, their prices are too high—some are even higher than the platform prices. After that, I canceled my subscription. However, when I tried to cancel, they asked me many questions before I could finish the process. Someone even emailed me, promising to give me products that I could sell on my platform and a 20% discount if I kept my subscription, but I refused. When the payment date came, I was surprised to find that I had been charged for the eBay plan on my credit card. I was shocked. Whenever I contacted live chat, they would just send me a link to submit a ticket instead of helping me. I decided to give the website another chance. I went to my subscription plan and switched from eBay to Amazon. Since I had already paid for the eBay plan, they said they would charge me about $60 or $65 for the switch. However, when I clicked “pay,” they charged me $99. See how they are scammers? I decided to give them another chance, but every time I listed my products on Amazon, they were rejected, and their prices were always higher than the prices on Amazon. I also tried to remove my credit card, but I couldn’t. They won’t let you remove your credit card unless you add another one first. They are stealing your information and your money. They are typical scammers, so don’t waste your money. Don’t trust this website. Learn from my experience, and don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t believe or trust the 4-star or 5-star reviews—they are bots.

Hi Izaldeen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. When we add the winning products, we factor in the products that have generated sales most recently and are trending on the e-commerce platforms. However, just adding the products is not the entire thing for some platforms. You also need to set your profits to benefit you and the platform you're selling on, and if necessary, do a little marketing of your store. If you did not make sales, you could always reach out to us, and we would investigate your account to check and make changes that would help you with making sales. Wholesale2B does not shy away from helping its members in any way possible. The charge that happened on your card, was for the eBay plan, whereas the plan you had marked for cancelation was the WooCommerce plan, which was promptly canceled. We did confirm this to you via your support ticket. About the $99 charge, this happened because you did not 'switch'. Instead of switching/migrating, you opted for activating the Amazon plan as if it's a new plan, hence you were charged $99. We have a separate wizard for migrating to a different plan, and that wizard makes sure you're not charged again unless you're to pay the difference. If this was mentioned to us via a ticket, our team would've certainly helped you migrate to the Amazon plan from eBay and dissolved the $99 charge, or at least, apply an extension to your billing. With Amazon, we make it extremely clear that not all products would be approved. This is not due to our incompetence, but Amazon's per account policy that cannot be governed by Wholesale2B. Wholesale2B provides you with a huge catalog of products to increase your chances of getting listings uploaded to Amazon, but it depends on you to get any brand approvals if required. While we do provide an authorization letter, brand approvals are something we cannot guarantee. Which is one of the reasons why we've filters to separate such products from easy-to-upload products. Also, Wholesale2B does assist you with uploading products to your account as much as possible. There have been instances where we have personally worked with the member by checking rejection reasons and reuploading the listings with a manual fix. Again, we do inform you about this on My List page of your Amazon W2B dashboard. Everyone's experience with listing on Amazon is different, and we've members making a ton of profits while listing to Amazon without any issues. We understand that, and assist you throughout the way; we only seek for your patience in return. I can assure you that we're not trying to scam you. We've been a reputable business for 20+ years and have only sustained due to the continued support from our satisfied customers. About the reviews, I can 100% guarantee that none of them are bots. Calling genuine people bots is honestly insulting to them and their efforts. Anyhoo, thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. Please reach out to us directly if you've any concerns and I'll personally look into them. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B
