Best sellers of rotten produce. purchased box of organic strawberries in gold coast store on Huron all were rotten besides top- they put good berries on top to conceal rotten John refused to credit my card on the phone and deliver strawberries to my residence. Shame on this store, acting like a crooks and deceiving customers

They are snobby and stuck up. Don’t shop here.

I appreciate the grocery delivery since im too sick to go to the grocery store. If I could order from another company though I definitely would. They charge for items that aren't delivered and produce is usually rotten. Unfortunately most delivery company employees are going on strike, and i don't blame them, it's just hard right now being unemployed and with covid 19. The money really matters and I am forced to throw away rotted produce or pay for items not delivered.

Been shopping at Whole Foods since it opened in Foggy Bottom; produce is generally good but the store itself is awful - long lines, not enough space for lines, too hot in summer, but the worst is what we have to us to package prepared foods in - flimsy paper boxes that don't close well, fall apart, etc. I wouldn't shop there if I had a car or an alternative. Seems like bad management.

I know I can find items I need and want at Whole Foods. However, I used to enjoy much more variety before Amazon took over.

Since the Amazon takeover, over time, the quality of it's products has noticeably come down. The produce does not look, or taste, any better than what is offered at the typical grocery store. Despite being labeled organic, the apples for instance, are covered in wax and certainly don't look recently picked. I often buy a bag of the whole foods brand Cape Cod granola mix, but several times, including one purchased yesterday, it had large clumps of cranberries stuck together. It's unappetizing. I also like to grab something to eat for my commute home, usually a slice of pizza and salad. More often than not the self serve pizza is cold which makes me wonder how long it has been sitting out. The heat lamps are useless. After 2 hours, heat lamps or not, the pizza will start to spoil. If asked, they will heat it up, but that won't stop the possibility of getting food poisoning. I also question how fresh the salad bar food is as it does not seem to be kept at a very cold temperature. The choice of items is not as unique as it use to be. Pretty much the same as any other salad bar. To me it has been obvious the quality has come down since Amazon took over. Their promise of cheaper prices is of no interest to me if the quality is cheaper. That appears to be their plan. Bring the quality back, and if necessary raise the prices. Otherwise whole foods is just an overpriced grocery store.

I go in for a juice everyday and I hate the fact that when their juicer breaks, they don't have spare parts for it nor do they have a spare juicer to swap out. It usually takes about a week to get their juicer up again and that is not acceptable. Not a very efficient way of handling business, and leaving customers unsatisfied.
