I am always pleased. First the fresh food tastes better, it actually tastes different. In the rare case, maybe 2 x in the past 20 years, the store has made good. They either replaced or refunded. I am on a fixed income. I shop carefully, checking sales and price per unit. Sometimes my Whole Foods has a better deal than My local chain market. I do buy the best quality food that I can. My store at this time (Madison, Wi) is clean, fairly well stocked with adequate staff. I have shopped NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, And Massachusetts. And, I have preferences for some features but Never quality. Thank you

I am shocked at all the bad reviews. I placed my Whole Foods order through Amazon (who by the way have always been great) not even knowing WHERE the local Whole Foods Market WAS. Order was placed after 3 p.m., was delivered PROMPTLY at 6:30!! Driver clean-cut ETHNIC young man, covid-masked & gloved, polite and kind. All items were fresh/packaged amazingly well and appropriately. I was so stunned by the promptness & excellence of the food that I STILL can't get over it! Great Job, Whole Foods! Great Job, Amazon! Hope to order many times in future! P.S. Can't believe previous comments about "ethnic" workers, sounds racist and petty to me!

Thank God for the Whole Foods in California. They always have the good stuff. You can count on them to stock the healthy food and supplements. Shopping there is always a learning experience. I always feel grateful when I shop there.

Great healthy grories store especially if you have prime I'm in my 20s now and been going to whole foods since I was 12 alot of things they have gone down on price over the years. And with a prime discount it's really good deals when they have sales if you don't do prime catch them during sales cus that's the best time to shop If you want healthy on a budget .The vegan food they make is very tasty and we'll priced ,I have serve allgeries to onions , tomatoes ,and dairy. I'm able to find permaid meals with none of. Those allgeriens.and the people who work at whole foods are very nice down to earth people who really value costumer service and hard working . Also it's brands herbs are a good price as well .

I love Whole Foods - my favorite place to shop for fresh produce and meats. I mostly shop at the store in Woburn, MA but sometimes I also shop at Arlington, MA and Medford, MA. I have alwasy been treated well by staff and I am extremely happy with the current precautions in place due to COVID-19. I cannot believe the majority of the reviews on here, especially those since COVID-19. Whole Foods did NOT put the specific safety rules in place right now. No, you cannot return items due to COVID-19 and you can't return them at other grocery stores either. As for the woman that complained her son was not allowed to use the restroom - yes it was during Senior Hours ONLY - as a senior myself with health conditions, I would NOT have been happy if he was allowed to use the restroom. If security let him in, then that employee would be in trouble and then the store would have to allow others that are not seniors in during that time. I cannot believe how pety some people are.

Best experience! Shout out to Hayden! I placed a pickup order at Whole Foods in Minnetonka. I was ordering a cake for my husband’s birthday and ordered a couple other small things. Apparently they didn’t have the cake and cancel cakes instead of replacing. So I show up, he brings the small items to my car (he’s super friendly and polite) so I ask about the cake, he explains they don’t substitute cakes and offers to take my card and go back inside to purchase the cake for me, they take pictures of what’s available, etc. Well, I left my card at home and can’t place the order through the app because they no longer have Pickup slots available. Hayden just bought a cake for us and brought it to our car!! (My kids were in the car running out of patience) Hayden totally saved us from having to go home, get our card, come back to buy the cake. Regardless we came back to pay him but he wouldn’t take it!! Lovely person, made our day!
