I made the mistake of getting a canteen box and filling it with the healthy hot vegetarian food before going to the theatre one evening. I nearly choked when I came to the till after it had been weighed and came to a whopping £14.00! In hindsight I should have just refused to pay but was in a rush and as it had already been put together would probably have been wasted. I could have had a proper dinner for that in a lovely restaurant with REAL cutlery. Instead I had to eat my meal out of a cardboard box with a wooden spoon. None of it was even meat so I struggle to understand how their pricing works? Absolutely shocking! I'm not one to be stingy but what I can't bear is being ripped off. It spoilt my evening. I won't be buying food there again and would strongly advise other people to just go to a proper restaurant - you will more than likely pay less.

Just Hype
I went to the Kensington store to place an order for a Birthday Cake. A staff member at the Bakery said that they need a minimum of 3 days to bake a cake.....So, no orders are taken for 2 days out. Rather strange as a company supposedly focused on its customers would not hide behind "policies" - it would have found solutions. She didn't even check whether they were busy with orders, what kind of cake was i looking for - nothing; just said No. IF she had asked, i was just looking for a simple sponge base as i wanted to personalize the cake at home! How busy must they be not to take an order? The counter was empty - not one person buying any cakes. I think this is another fake "we love customers" sort of company. All just Hype!

I’m really disappointed with Whole…
I’m really disappointed with Whole Foods. I was a loyal customer for 20 years both in the US and the UK. This past year their standards have really gone down yet prices have creeped up. The price for small naked vegan burrito bowl has gone up and they want to charge an extra £1 for brown guacamole. No thanks!
Now with other shops offering similar products and fresher produce I’d rather take my chances elsewhere and support independent businesses.

Whole Foods Piccadilly Circus dropped the standards !!!!
Up until recently we have enjoyed coming to Whole Foods over the years for the food and the service.
Unfortunately, after our visit this past Saturday 14:25 19/8/17, this view has changed for us. This past Saturday we've visited Piccadilly Circus WF store.
Instead of the usual delightful service and fare we encountered aggression from your member of staff.
The issue started when we waited in a queue at the Mexican food takeaway section.
When came my turn to order, unfortunately a girl didn’t look welcoming didn’t smile. Instead she said "Hi" and drop her head down and started to clean the table, 2-5 minutes later when she completed cleaning dirty table. She ask me to "what can i get for you?" Unfortunately, for some unknown reasons she could not understand me when've order QASADILAS. In very arrogant way she replies to me " WHAT? I CANT HEAR YOU?"
Its seems to be not a problem when someone cannot hear you, for that reason I’ve replied to her "QASADILAS". Once again she ignored it. She looked a bit confused if it is something from the menu or from somewhere else. It was a massive disappointment she could not talk to me.
It wasn’t even noisy out there. She ask me "SO WHAT I WANT???" in very impropriate manner. Eventually, after spelling to her Q A S A D I L A S letter by letter she understood me finally after 10 minutes wasted. Even then it was just a beginning. The we moved on on meat choice where, absolutely the same store happen again. She couldn’t understand CHICKEN, after spelling C H I C K E N, she stopped look at me in eyes and said: " Do I have a problem?" in very impropriate way. Its absolutely terrifying how level of service dropped in Whole Foods, when a member of staff saying to you this sentence.
Then she said to me " How rude to talk to me in this way !!! and why I spell QASADILAS and CHICKEN to her? WHY I JUST CANT SAY IT HER? WHATS MY PROBLEM?" Well unfortunately, this aggressive behaviour cannot be tolerated and it was far behind our expectations this is something what you cannot refund or return its an experience for life. In all these years when I’ve visited Whole Foods and other places nobody spoke to me in this matter in such a manner. She refused to serve me and was continuing arguing in a point i felt she would throw something in me. We needed to ask het to please continue serve the food and we didn’t come her to argue.
She was just sarcastically smiling on us and said " if i have a problem with her i shouldn’t come her". After all this rudeness and refusing me to serve. I had a stomach ache all day. Eventually, we needed to go to the other Whole Foods Store in Kensington to avoid her and do our evening shopping. Its a lovely store and atmosphere but shocking service. Never again we will visit WF Piccadilly Circus ...It needs to be avoided!! Unfortunately, a member a staff who was a young, tall, blond blue eyed girl from Mexican Food Takeaway store was impropriate. Unavailable unacceptable and literally her abusive manner to talk to customers are unacceptable. It wasn’t friendly, bubbly person who smiled and greeting customers. It was opposite of it how many time you go somewhere and a member of staff telling to you how rude you are to them? Mocking you and laughing in front of you face? So ignorant and vulgar behaviour cannot be represented in Whole Foods in a place more that just a store, in a place with great traditions and excellent service. Staff even in Tesco, Sainsbury's and ASDA friendlier that her. Unfortunately, on Saturday my customer's expectations want meet and this cannot be refunded or return.
