Whole Foods - Terrible Service Employee at Aliso Viejo branch, specially hit food section, to be mite specific Pizza section are arrogant and rude. They ignore you while you are waiting for service, they disappear for long time and you keep looking for someone to tel you where they are and if they have anyone to provide service, the other night I was waiting for more than twenty minutes looking for some one and when I found somebody, I was completely ignored. I am so disappointed, and I would not shop there anymore, since Whole Foods was purchase by Amazon, the service became worse, apparently there is no accountability for rude behavior of employee, and they are deceiving people by claiming that they have lowered the price, unfortunately another example of monopolization of market by big corporations,

If i could i would give -10 stars. They charged me two uber cards that they don't work, i m trying to put them and say not valid number. I want back and a rude manager said sorry, you bought them now, nothing i can do. They are unacceptable. It is not the first time that they disappoint me but that was too much. Never buy again of them

Whole Foods is not just and common run of the mill store include rude employees. There is not reason to shop there. Many items are always out of stock. Apparently there business model is to be a grocery store and not stock food. They really didn’t lower prices as they had people believing, they just stop handling the more expensive items.

Whole Food is just a Old name under new Owners. Do not fool yourself place is not even close to any quality store as before. Junk and quality as before era stores are there. Even Albertsons and equals are better because they have better price.

The Whole Foods in Newtown Square is such a disappointment. It carries none of the standard staples, even those that Amazon carries on it website. The eatery in store is subpar, and that is being kind. It is surrounded with many other better quality and healthier options for lunch and/or dinner which are less costly. I do not expect the store to survive.

Been shopping at Whole Foods 4-5 days a week since they moved into our town 20 plus years ago. Since Amazon has taken over the quality and the options are terrible. I have had to return vegetables many times for freshness or organic with bugs. At this point will have got find a new alternative.

I recently purchased an online gift card for my grandson. I requested the gift card be sent to his mobile, it was sent but without the link to the gift card. It took me 3 calls, a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold to have them send me a gift card via email and that also did not work. I have been dealing with Whole Foods Customer Service for 3 days and it has been the worst experience of my life.Their online customer support is totally unresponsive. You can call the number, ask for a return call and you will never get one. I even talked to a supervisor George who "promised" he would call me back, that was 2 days ago. I am still waiting to try to get a refund. I have called 4 times today already and the customer service on their website keeps telling me they are going to read their notes, then they need to transfer me, then they disconnect me. Word to the wise, avoid on line gift cards with Whole Foods.

The cashiers double-charge almost every time I shop at the Orange Village store in Ohio, ringing too many quantity of items. Check your receipt before leaving the store.
