Whole Foods off Old Keene Mill Road in Springfield, VA. I went in mid morning, there were a lot of "shoppers" there shopping for the pick up /delivery service they provide. I was at a cooler & 2 of those shoppers approached me on either side trying to get stuff impatiently. I had one say something to me that was rude. Also, they only had 2 cashiers open so there were 2 long lines down the aisles allowing for even more crowding. I think I will not go back, not worth it.

Abhorrent staff.
Most of the staff in their Kensington branch are overzealous in their approach! My partner and I were almost thrown out by some clown who saw us talking together in the store! There were about 7 other couples walking around and he couldn't care less! Also, if that were an issue then why were we allowed in together in the first place?
Sort your staff out! I have also been ridiculed for having obvious injuries, which is just disgusting. maybe once or twice have I had pleasant staff.

Return Policy is not displayed on the…
Return Policy is not displayed on the website or hardly visible in the market with that said I mistakenly purchased the wrong vitamin with in minutes I wanted to exchange it. I was told all sales are final, Why ? Contamination can be from the factory, shipping, food handler or other consumers we are all aware of this when we shop. The product is untampered box sealed and bottle sealed. All sales are final I was told again, really I can understand with some products but not a completely sealed item why can I not exchange or given store credit? This is criminal we can all make honest mistakes especially some one with some disabilities or simply distracted. Wholefood Market is taking advantage of the consumer using a pandemic in order to rob consumers. This is not expectable and should not be tolerated and honestly they are overpriced on many products. Consumers should be given a option of exchange or store credit not loose what little money we may have during this tuff economic times. Wholefood markets should be ashamed of their criminal policy of all sales final. I myself will never walk into their store ever and I suggest other do the same. We have many other markets where you can shop and feel assure your product is of the highest quality yet if you accidently purchase the wrong item you can exchange it. I was also hacked in the past through wholefood market amazon prime account so be aware of that also. strike 2 wholefood market I will never return

Spoiled ½ and ½
I purchases ½ and ½ on Saturday. The product has chunks in it. Tell Jeff Bezos it is unacceptable that I not allowed to get a product replacement at the Albuquerque store on Academy NE.

You NEVER get what you pay for
In November 2019 we bought 20 oysters and only 5 opened (tiny and terrible). We did not return the 15 due to time constraints. In December 2019 we bought $80 of fresh dungeness crabs for Christmas Eve dinner. The crab smelled and tasted very fishy and not sweet, as usual (we lived in San Francisco for 20 years). Decided not to return due to lack of room in freezer due to holiday. Then, recently, April 2020 I was waiting in line to enter store (cover 19 regs), and saw a bin with "seedless" watermelons. Upon arriving home not only were there seeds, it tasted like water and NOT watermelon!!! This time, based on principal, I attempted to return. Was told that due to Covid 19 they were NOT issuing refunds and that if I wanted to check in produce to see if any watermelons were available without seeds I could look I did. None were there and could not find a produce person to ask if they had any. The customer service woman said "Well, theres a garbage can right over here. You can throw it out there, but I cannot touch it." I replied, "what about a credit?" She reiterated, no refunds, period. Ever since Amazon bought Whole Foods it has become substandard grocery store. Fish not as fresh and prices through the roof. The only good food is in the meat department, however, I can get from a local meat shop for a much more decent price and, actually, better quality meat. Used to spend about $5000/yr at this store due to frequent business entertainment dinners. No more. Never going back. Very sad a disappointing as I have been a customer of Whole Food Establishments for over 25 years.

Very frustrating to order Whole Foods delivery
Very frustrating to order Whole Foods for delivery. It is virtually impossible to get a time slot and one spends hours and days logging in and out to try to get a time slot for delivery. Can't understand why a company owned by Amazon provides such a poor customer experience. I am going with competitors going forward although, I will miss the Whole Foods products. The competitors are more customer oriented.

Whole Foods not stepping up to support community
Whole Foods is content with the status quo with availability for pick up or delivery being virtually non existent. Why not hire more shoppers to increase the amount of pick up or deliveries? Guess they are content with status quo and not interested in helping out the community during the crisis. Most frustrating part is that you don't know that nothing is available until you finish your list. I have virtually gone on the site and on amazon to get delivery daily for weeks and get the same message. Frsutrating

Horrible
Horrible! You pay for a monthly Amazon membership so that you can get Whole Foods groceries delivered, but you can never get an open slot for a delivery. I have been trying to order groceries for FIVE days in Minneapolis. I stay up past 2am and hit reload in the check out for my cart constantly all day and night - NO delivery windows ever open. WHY am I paying for this service??? We are going to starve. Because we are at high risk for Covid 19 complications, we cannot go into a store. We are going to have to discontinue our Amazon membership and go with Instacart or someplace else!
