I bought two slices of pizza at the whole foods on South Street in Philadelphia it was the worst Pizza I ever had. I thought their Pizza used to be better. Also the person making the pizza had a slight attitude. I had asked what toppings were on one of the slices and it seemed like it was an effort to get an answer. I guess whole foods should put a sign on what toppings are on each Pizza.

I have been trying to get Vancouver Canada area Whole Foods stores to get their tap water/water fountains operational again for customer use. They stopped providing water in early pandemic days and haven't restarted. At this point, looks like they want all of us to buy bottled water, a terrible choice for any store and particularly one that is supposedly working toward sustainability. I have provided feedback for months at individual stores and now am trying to reach someone able to provide a response and actual customer care at Whole Foods is non existent.

Whole Foods and amazon align themselves with corporate greed. There has been a noticeable and steady decline over the past few years. Today, they told me they didn't mind losing me as a customer. I was responding to this offer - "FREE 2-hour delivery on orders over $35.00." After taking the time to shop (with each and every item offering this phantom 2-hour delivery), at checkout (with more than $35 in my cart), the best option I was given was more than 6 hours. Now, 6 hours is fine, unless you've offered 2 and that's when I need it. I could've gone to the store and been home in less time that this ordeal took. Customer service at amazon said that it SHOULD READ 2 hour WINDOW - which would have been fine - but that's not what it said and that is a completely different offer altogether. Amazon stuck to their guns that it's ok to offer one thing during the shopping experience and change it to whatever the hell they want at checkout. Whole Foods, on the other hand, seemed disturbed and indicated they have had other complaints but said there was nothing they would do to make it right. Convenient strategy - bait people to invest time and money with no accountability whatsoever. Amazon told me they would talk to the web designers. I have a web designer and they'll put whatever I say on my website. It's not an offer from the web designer, it's an offer from the website owner. It's so ridiculous. Amazon was happy to cancel my prime membership and whole foods was happy to lose a good, loyal customer of nearly 20 years who pays ridiculous prices for tons of produce (that given this strategy may or may not be organic as advertised anyway). Once willing to bait and switch customers, there are really no ethics to follow in the organization.

I brought some flowers from the Kensington Branch on Sunday, which wilted within hours. I contacted wholefoods explaining the situation and said I didn’t pick up a receipt as I wasn’t expecting flowers to die so quickly especially when they were so expensive. I have photos proving they were purchased that day but they still did not want to refund me. What poor customer service, this would certainly have not been the response from Waitrose or M&S.

Whole Foods has gone steadily downhill since it changed hands a few years ago. With my most recent experience, I have sworn it off. The produce (moldy blueberries, grapes, brown celery) -- has hit an all-time low. The olives -- all prepackaged now -- lacked the former variety, but I picked out the best looking greek olives I could find, however, when I got home, I had to throw them away because they were so soft and slimy. Getting a box of crackers off the shelf was a challenge given their new spring-loaded shelving, a process that dents the boxes. The express check-out is all self-service, and they've changed the carts to the size of a bargain basement store -- a money-maker for them and an inconvenience in maneuvering for the customer. It's the worst grocery store in my town and used to be the best. Beyond the generally diminished quality, there's no excuse for the condition of what they claim is fresh (and even organic!).

Their produce has been absolutely horrible lately and to top it off they put their non-organic with their organic and you don't even know until you get home my mistake it's very expensive to shop there and their customer service is absolutely horrible most of them are very rude. I shop at the Whole Foods in Andover Massachusetts. If I could find somewhere else that had decent fresh produce organic I would never go back to Whole Foods again!!!!

Terrible customer service at Paramus and closter. They changed and seem to not value their customers. I never complain at all. This is actually the first time I have ever written a review and the experience also had me contact corporate which I never do, but seeing as corporate doesn't seem to care either then I have no other option but to warn other customers.

I bought steak kabobs on a stick. 4 of them. I told the counter person I don't like fat so I didn't buy the lamb - which was unusually fatty - I got home with my steak kabobs in assorted flavors and discovered that under the sauce were gobs and gobs of meat with chunks of fat that would be inedible and disgusting. Kabobs need to be very lean because they are cooked quickly and the fat can't render. If I were them I would be embarrassed. I had to remove from the skewer and trim them myself - I paid for 4 kababs - got about 3 out of them. this was at the chelsea store in manhattan.
