Whole Foods MarketReviews of wholefoodsmarket.com

Stoke Newington London- This branch sold me an expired cold pressed juice via Deliveroo. It tasted funny and it was only then that I realised that it had expired. They have abused their trust. I erroneously assumed they had high standards but no, they had to shamelessly rub off the date to still make profit to the detriment of their customers. Bow your heads in shame. I will, as a matter of course, report you to Trading Standards.

I am astonished at the horrible customer service in Alpharetta, GA; actually, horrified. There are safety hazards throughout, which cut my leg. I showed (and photographed) the manager the hazard, and they could care less. Did not even offer me a band aid until I asked for one. When i pointed out the defects and that it can take out the eye of a small child, i was rudely dismissed by the manager stating that is the standard design and she will "pass my concern along." The manger was irritated that i was injured due to their defective assembly. Unbelievable!

I ordered some Inari for New Year's Eve and went to pick it up yesterday here at the Fresno location. Since Inari is sushi I immediately went to the seafood counter. It was my first time in this market. The big fat ugly Mexican guy behind the counter was extremely rude! First he said he couldn't find my order. Then he said he didn't know what Inari is. I looked at him puzzled. He then yelled at me in front of other customers and said that he didn't know what it was and for me to go to the suchi bar. I didn't know where is was so I wandered around the store until I found it. Today I'm still fuming about how badly I was treated and wanted to report him but instead just decided to write this review. I will never go back to this place again!!

Ordering through Amazon Whole Foods Market is a nightmare. Pickup windows come available at midnight and are only available for the next day, and they can fill up before 1am. Once you order you can add but can't remove. I was notified one item (cheese dip) was low in stock but my only choices were to accept one of their inadequate substitution choices (all salsas) or "best available" (would obviously be a salsa) or "no substitution." I could not pick my own substitution, nor swap this product altogether for something with ample availability. I had to add a second cheese dip just in case the first ran out (I am gifting this order for my son to pick up). Never mind the over-priced food and niche market (I don't want almond milk cheese dip), the ordering process is far more cumbersome than ordering from grocery stores that are not linked to Amazon. The reason I chose marketplace is because I figured Amazon ought to have this process down better than most. Quite the opposite! I will never order from them again. I meant to send a Christmas meal gift to my sons across the country; instead I have sent them a bundle of additional holiday stress, trying to find a way to get off work to meet the store's restrictive schedule. I had to apologize for my gift!!

I'm so disappointed. I just spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a gift card reissued. The woman I spoke to was NO help and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me! WARNING: Do NOT buy gift cards at Whole Foods!

If you expected better delivery service for your 10 dollars, think again. Missing items, dead flowers, no substitutions on items.. Maybe your contractors would do a better job if that 10 dollars went to them instead of the bloated Bezo's pockets. Amazon ruined Whole Foods. You can tell how little they care, by the lack of responses to negative reviews.

I took an item off the shelf and put it in my cart. It isn't on my receipt or in my home. Store personnel emptied my cart for me. There wasn't that much stuff in it. This isn't a common problem there, but I'm really annoyed. Earlier a large tomato from the cart ended up on the ground. There seems to be no way this was possible. I tried to order the missing item to be delivered. The largest store in a large city supposedly does not have this common item. The Amazon/Whole Foods website is ridiculous. It just does not work. I could not get the website to change to the store I was at earlier to order the missing item for pick up. Unbelievable. It showed me unwanted items but not the one I wanted and knew was there. Earlier I was glad to see an arrogant, misogynist employee working with shopping carts instead of people. It's a step in the right direction.
