Whole Foods is our go-to store. The groceries are always fresh (though it's been a hit-and-miss in the past six months), the customer service is always super friendly and helpful, the store is clean and nice to walk in. The prices are slightly more than other stores but it's totally worth it for us.

While shopping at Whole Foods in Wheaton, Illinois yesterday I was extremely pleased to have been helped so much by so many employees in locating items from a grocery list given to me by my daughter, who shops there frequently. Even though they were busy, each one of them was glad to help. It was over the top customer service! I have not shopped there much, myself. This trip was for my daughter. Because of the help that I received, I will now be shopping there. I called to talk to leadership at that store to let him know. He was very appreciative. Customer service at its finest indeed.

Great butcher took time to explain availability of marrow bones. Felt like extraordinary service.

Great supplement selection in comparison to most other main stream super markets like Kroger. Good range of grassfed meats with an excellent choice of coffees. The hard to get organic drinks like Suja and Zevia are also here. All in all a great experience in comparison to other stores in the US .

I have nothing to complain about Wholefoods, but wholefoods in England have a lot to learn from them..

This looks fabulous like an Elite or Little more than Medium or High class. It is a class of its own and Products are so unique i already added all the new photos. Appreciate Mariah to come and help me so quick, so prompt and nice. I am amazed with her talent and readiness to help, walk quick, highly alert- good service personnel -whereve she goes-she will be a great asset- she is so young and she has lot so many years to become number # 1 in customer service. Other great people worth mentioning is Ms. Jackie in the front desk manager or assistant manager who does not feel she is a manager- she comes out of the way to put the items in the bag for us-very smiling, courteous, highly Professional. i asked her to send a nice note. I really Appreciate what all she did for us I also appreciate the other highly enthusiastic, prepared to help anyone is Ms. Laura- good vibration, good personality and happy to support Ms. Young great Mariah - she walks and runs with her to help people and run around the store to do anything for the store to be successful. I like WholeFood supermarket in Orange county overall and I have been shopping there since the change of its old owner. Used to be very expensive, but these days it's affordable.
