Best selection of organic veggies and I love the hot bar but the prices are tough on the pocket book

They have good products, wish they were cheaper though

The staff was kind. Sometimes when items are on sale I can get quality products at a cheap price. I think that lately, most of the produce there has become more fresh.

Since the Pandemics, I've been shopping almost online. I like Whole Food products, but I order them using Amazon Prime. If there is a delivery accident or an item is misplaced, it is good to take care of it by contacting the customer center immediately. However, contact with the shopper does not tend to be as good as Instagram cart. The price is a little high, but I plan to continue using it in the future because there are many organic products. However, I hope the delivery app will be more convenient to use.

I like the one near me; clean, courteous, and a little pricey. But on more than one occasion, they have let me just have groceries for free because of long lines or cash register problems. They find solutions to problems.

Expensive, but everything is good. They have a wide variety of milk, organic and natural products. Convenient location close to us and they have a parking lot. People who work here are very friendly and professional.

I know Whole Foods is expensive and when I need inexpensive organic foods I go to the Park Slope Food Coop. But the high level of customer service I received yesterday deserves mentioning. I was at the fish monger and had the clerk take out seven different portions of fish until I could decide on one. Not once did she give off a vibe of frustration or that I was wasting her time. She was pleasant throughout the transaction. I apologized profusely for having her pull all the fish. I didn't get her name but she was at the fish counter at the Union Square store around 2:40pm on March 5. Another kudos goes to the gentleman helping out with the self checkout machines around 3:10pm. I kept having trouble scanning my items and he patiently helped me get them scanned with the correct price. When I was having a frazzled day, the two clerk's who assisted me brought some calm and goodness into my day.

I love Whole Foods - my favourite place to shop for fresh produce and meats. I mostly shop at the store in London. I have always been treated well by staff and I am very happy with the current precautions in place due to COVID-19. I cannot believe the majority of the reviews on here, especially those since COVID-19 hit. Whole Foods has put all the precautions into place that make shopping safe, so people should rethink their petty attitude.
