B&W cookies sub par. Texture was off. Felt like plastic. Got heartburn. GF likes them though.

There are a very few items that I really like from Whole Foods and the place is so damn expensive that I basically have to wait for the items I like to go on sale or get the at a “last chance” sale and then they are gone forever. It becomes ridiculous but they do have a lovely cheese selection but again basically have to wait for a sale to buy it. People are always friendly.

Amazon has decided to fold Whole Foods into it’s amazon web site and the result is terrible for customers. The old app was easy to use. There is virtually no communication from the company other than a confirmation email. There is no communication with the shopper. I don’t know what they are thinking but customers are used to the excellent service from Instacart and do not shop the way amazon thinks they should. Oh, and I don’t mind the new fee, I just wish good tech and service came with it.

Brand New Modern Big Store!! Nice Staff. But, not a large variety to choose from. Yet. Maybe in future they will have more.

5 stars for the food quality and on time delivery service but 0 stars for the RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC PACKAGING. I don’t order through your delivery service anymore because that awful white and silver packaging makes my blood boil.

I went to whole foods in Albuquerque, NM in NE area and people were not following social distancing and standing in line in back of cars parked. People in line do not follow where to stand in line when green signs are evident. I was backing out of my parking area and told people where to stand in line. They didn't listen. I told the whole foods monitors that people are not following signs where to stand in line and unable to back up where I was parked. It didn't seem to phase them.

Used to love it but quality has gone down, and prices remain high? Instead been going more frequently to my local shops or Waitrose to get good quality food instead

Ordered the beef stew and roasted potatoes to take out. Good taste, but little beef.
