Beware! You'll get sliced meat on the expiry date!
I almost never order groceries delivered. I like to pick items, especially produce and meat. I was in a holiday rush and so went against the grain and ordered some items for delivery. The grocery items I ordered were fine. Sealed jars and cans with good expiry dates. My mistake was ordering Virginia ham. It was not in the prepacked and sealed manufacturer's reusable zip bags that you see at the store. It was a sliced to order ham and had been packed three days earlier. It arrived on the expiration date. That meant it had to be eaten the same day. What a waste. I had some the day of delivery and threw the rest away the next day.
