Toxic environment. Supervisors nice in the beginning, then they turn into evil mean demons. You can't trust anyone..All about liberals and Climate Change..If you believe in God , you will be bullied. Everyone is fake..Be Careful and Trust no one. They cut your hours during the slow times.. It was a horrible place to work. Run as fast as you can..

As someone that used to work at a Whole Foods, the management is a total joke, they do very little to help the people that work underneath them, 🙄 the food that is put out on the self serve hot bar; isn't cooked fresh, over 90% of the stuff you see out there are items straight out of the freezer from other food industries. Everything is too expensive for no reason other than because of slapping an organic label on it, you are better off going to Wal-Mart; at least the prices there are somewhat reasonable, let's not forget there were a couple of roaches I saw in the kitchen as well, not tiny mind you,bought the length of a human thumb. 😀 Cleaniless is questionable 🤔, a lot of the employees particularly the kitchen bare minimum work is done, like the self serving spatulas, spoons, etc are just tosses into the dish machine over and over, nobody bothers to properly scrub them down, and wonders why food is still stuck to it.

I had a self check out issue and the clerk could not be more helpful She could not fix it so called Nichole to help. Nichole was very condescending and rude. As I was walking out she was very sarcastic so I decided to talk to her manager. She told me she didn’t care today was her last day WOW. I sure hope wherever she goes she is not dealing with customers When I talk to Eric he said he would take care of it Maybe Whole Foods in Fort Myers on Daniels Pkwy should let her go now with all the damage she is causing on her last day

Allowing pet dogs around the open food buffet is very unsanitary. The hair, fur, collect the dander. It can also carry other allergens like dust mites, mold, and pollen in the air which gets into the food buffet and can cause sickness for humans.

The scale in the meat department is off. I paid for 3.7 lbs of shortribs and received 3.1 lbs. I double checked with other weighted items to make sure my scale worked properly. I also bought a chuck roast there and when I started cooking realized it was a bunch of different pieces of meat tied together with a string to make it look like a big chunk. Not buying meat here again.

I purchased their "sourdough made from scratch" bread several times before realizing that it isn't real sourdough bread. It doesn't have the culture in it that makes it sourdough, I bought it though November and December and in January is when I reread the ingredients. Originally it was real sourdough, then they switched recipes but I didn't think I needed to read the ingredients every time. Having a digestive disorder makes it necessary to not have conventional bread. I had become increasingly more debilitated in functioning and now know why. They are not responsive to feedback. This cost me serious problems because of untruth in product description which they have indicated that they don't really care about.

Utterly disgusting - from 3 separate Whole Foods locations I was sold infested salmon. I returned it, and the store manager grabbed the fish representative who was appalled and said that happens when the fish comes infested then sits on the shelves for too long. I reached out to Whole Foods, who instead of looking to fix the problem, told me I was wrong and they can offer a refund. Recently, I bought their bulk chicken breast to find a worm sticking out of the top of it. I’m not sure where the lack of care, oversight and control comes from - maybe when Amazon took over? - but its honestly disrespectful to their customers. I go there because they claim to have high quality food, but more times that not, I’m throwing even produce away due to an overgrowth of mold or bugs. Overall, Whole Foods has become an untrustworthy supplier of meat/seafood. I think this is something people should know and understand. Please share this review.

Terrible service at High Street Kensington branch. The grocery stock/shelf guy who is a black guy kept leering and was very rude, bad attitude, shouted at my grandad. I am from France and I can truly say the service was bad. Also the price is super high and service is bad. Other customers have complained about him. We will start boycotting the store if something is not done.
