As a customer: Price gouging at its finest. 1 small meal single serve $11.00 for a small scoop of green beans, mashed potatoes and small piece of turkey meatloaf. A small 6 oz coffee premade is $5. As an ex employee for ecommerce: They will hire 25 people in one week, with no interview and then when you do the training on the videos, you'll have to cram 15 hours worth of videos in two days. Then they will train you as a shopper. That's great but the location I worked at, they are slow and lazy to come find you and set you up for training; then one lady who does the shopping training will talk trash about the other new hires "asking stupid questions" and she will get annoyed. Then why are you here? Why are you training people if you hate it? Say no, then.

I stopped in Whole Foods to pick up chicken for our dinner. I am not a regular Whole Foods shopper, but I figured with their high prices their quality would be better than what I am used to. I’ve bought a container of their organic chicken fillets and brought them home and baked them. They were boneless skinless fillets, and there was so much gristle in them, and three of the pieces headphones in them. We ended up throwing a whole meal away. I will never shop there again.

Cary Whole Foods always out of Chili, soups and other foods… but they leave the sign out… The prepared foods are a Very boring selection and always out with many empty trays… Fresh Markets is so much better run and quality…

The chicken they sell in Whole Foods Soho is neither free-range nor organic. There are no alternatives if you want to buy hot food made on site. This goes against everything Whole Foods tries to appear to be. Very misleading!

This company advertises that they ban hundreds of ingredients. But what they don’t tell you is they allow bioengineered ingredients in nearly all their bakery goods. Look at the ingredient list and you will see. Even when I’ve brought it to manager’s attention at the store he acted surprised. I was in the bakery and I see a 5 pack of bagels, and also in the baked goods case where you can buy a single bagel. The 5 pack said “contains one bioengineered ingredient” yet ingredient list for single bagel didn’t list this ingredient. So I asked worker is this the same bagel and he said yes. Deceitful to say the least. Knowledge is power. Read ingredient list at Whole Foods! It’s usually the last item listed

I've been buying a few specific products at Whole Foods for years and recently the prices of those products have risen to the point of absurdity. An example; glycerin soap, the store brand; not all that long ago it was $1.99 a bar and I'll add that they are small bars. Today the price was $4.99 a bar. For a bar of soap that's roughly 2.5 inches long. That's just the most recent, and one of the most egregious examples. I can order glycerin soap on line (and NOT on Amazon) for less than half that, French milled quality glycerin soap. I don't see myself wasting the time to go to Whole Foods for anything ever again.

This is about Butcher name Bobby C at Kildeer location. He did not serve me when it was my turn rather he chose to serve a white lady and made unwanted comments like grow tall we can see you and went on with his fellow worker. This behavior is unacceptable.No one from the store still contacted me. Amazon should stop supporting such business or take responsibility for such acts.

I just had my daughter buy soups from Whole Foods with their label on them in plastic containers. They were Chicken Pot Pie,Chicken Artichoke & Lemon, and Clam Chowder. They were the worst and most watery soups I've ever had. None were recognizable according to their description. All had to be doctored with flavors, seasonings and some with contents to make them mildly acceptable I will never buy a WF branded soup again. Nor will my daughter. I'm shocked at the lack of minimal quality at a high price.
