No checkers, no respect, next they will want us to unload the trucks for them and sweep the floors. What a dump.

I shopped at the Whole Foods Market in Burnaby, BC, Canada on August 20, 2023. The customer service representative was horrible, and the store management team was even worse. Management team knows that no one can regulate them, no one will ever do anything to hear about customers' voice. That is why the store management team is so arrogant. I don't foresee any positive future for this store, and I have decided that I will never spend another penny on this brand again.

The Whole Food on Symphony Road in Boston has just installed an over amount of pay stations - much too big for this small store. Most of the time now there is only one register open to check out. I dislike pay stations, so I have to wait a long time to check out. Most of their elderly customers would prefer to wait in line instead of using the pay stations. This is outrageous to make customers wait so long to check out. I may have to go to another Whole Foods or change grocery stores.

Management couldn't care less about you.

Hate Whole Foods. Should be called Whole Paycheck. Their prices are insane. It's weird. I don't see why people go there. You pay double for everything at WF.

Went today to Glen Mills location I was very disgusted to see the majority of the produce section was all ruined with mold, cauliflower had black mold as well as broccoli turning yellow. Avocados over ripe and, If Whole Foods drops their prices the produce will sell but now everyone is going to their competitors for reasonable prices and fresh produce. What a waste of product and money so sad.

The manager and some of the people that work in this store are very racist against people of color and they are very rude and very entitled acting. I filed a complaint with corporate for an incident that happened a long time ago with the manager and a employee. The manager never contacted me and they lied to corporate to cover up what happened. Whole Foods never did anything about it. It is not that serious and I will not let it bother me because there are worse things that have happened to me but if you are not white I will be very cautious shopping in this store. If you want to be followed and stalked like a celebrity and have things snatched out of your hands and be mocked and laughed at then go ahead and yes everything that I just said above actually really did happen at this store by the manager and an employee. I wrongly thought W.F. would provide fresh fruit and veggies. First-home delivery and 90% of veggies and fruit were rotting - soft pitted and discolored. NEVER AGAIN.
