About a month ago, I wrote a review on sandwiches I had purchased at Whole Foods. Someone from the store saw that review and commented that he would ensure the issue was resolved. They did not resolve the issue at all, this time it was worse. I purchased two sandwiches, one egg, and one tuna. The egg sandwich again had the thinnest film of egg filling it was possible to place on a piece of bread. It was basically an egg sandwich with no egg in it, also no butter. WTF? Are you so cheap you can't afford butter on your sandwiches? Just around the corner is another store with better and cheaper sandwiches. Guess where I will be shopping next time? 3 calls to cust serv. First 2 ... disconnected. An hour, only to be told I had to call the store where my delivery order was being packed. I needed the baker bread ran through the slicer. My hands don't work well. I am an organic person and WF has a very good selection. Something wonderful happened when I reached the Boca store manager. Chris. With only a few minutes to spare, he managed to get the bread sliced. After all that stress, I had a good deep breath bc of Chris and his competencies.

I bought the Thanksgiving prepared dinner for 4. The turkey breast was as hard as a rock to eat. There was too much spice in the stuffing, I won’t buy any prepared meals here anymore.

I like that they have many organic choices, and their foods taste okay. However, if one buys lunch etc. and decided to eat there at the tables that they have. The tables are always dirty and a lot of homeless people are always sitting around, which makes us very uncomfortable....

Just popped in to Richmond WFM quickly’ for 3x coffees, no queue, but the woman making the coffees was more interested in the attention of the guy chatting her up than serving our coffees. In fairness when she did make time for us, the coffees were great!

I visited this supermarket as my friends told me that I had never eaten the food of such high quality. Uhm... As it turned out the food is quite cool out there, but what the hell was going on with prices? I was shocked when I found out how much grounded beef costed. Yeah, I know this supermarket is for upper-class people, nevertheless, it seems to me that they even they sometimes surprise such a price. Do it something with it, guys. But, to be fair, the food as I said is indeed of high quality.

on my last visit everything was really fresh and they had a huge Varity to choose from the staff was very kind and helpful store was very clean.

I always went there for great produce. Last two visits the lettuce was in bad shape, cauliflower had brown spots. I bought pre-cut butternut srket hquash labeled best use by 4/22 - I went too use it and it is full of black moldy spots and had to be thrown out. The produce has gotten progressively worse lately and my local supermarket has better. Sad because I always loved and looked forward to a WF shopping trip.
