Whole Foods MarketReviews of wholefoodsmarket.com

Generally I buy from other markets. Today I had a product to return through Amazon. Purchased spinach and shoulder lamb chops for dinner, and amazed at the toughness and grissly meat despite prep for their toughness. The spinach, well rinsed was full of sand or perhaps glass, couldnt tell. Threw it out. Sure was surprised!

zero stars...over priced for mediocore products. they charge $2 for yogurt thats 75 cents at walmart. and $3 for a 32 oz bottle of allegedly "organic" milk smh. "organic" labeling is just a phony scam so they can charge you more. ill never shop here again

I was just there trying to order some steaks and chicken the guy behind the counter a black slender man was texting on his phone I called his attention 3 times and finally when he realized a customer was standing in front of him he said one moment and continued to text for a while till he said ok what is that you want I told him nothing and walked away disappointed this is unreal how can someone have such individual working for them I would of dismissed him

Mostly the items delivered and delivery are ok. When there is a problem (rotten box o lettuce or perishable item past expiration date) you can’t submit a return because the return page doesn’t ever load! I’ve been watching the page circle load for over an hour now!

Who thinks a substitution for a gluten free apple pie would be a birthday cake filled with gluten Who thinks the site where you can identify the item to b e credited should work Who thinks that the customer service link doesn’t for to Whole Foods Who want a talk with three difficult to understand customer service reps And stay in the line for nearly and hour Last order for delivery from Whole Foods

I witnessed a disturbing incident at the Whole Foods store in Mississauga, where a customer in a wheelchair was treated poorly by staff. I felt compassion for her as she requested assistance, but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I stepped in and requested to speak to the manager on her behalf, the manager's response was also rude and unprofessional. As a witness, I was disturbed by the lack of respect and dignity shown to the customer. I urge Whole Foods to provide better training for staff on disability awareness and customer service, ensure managers are equipped to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect for all customers.

Is I could give 0 stars, I would. Overpriced, over-marketed, disgusting-tasting items. Items are just about single serve but the price is bulk.

Not only does this place sell overpriced garbage that contains seed oils but the employees have the nerve to stand there doing nothing while making customers check themselves out. F this place!
