White Shark MediaReviews of whitesharkmedia.com

The team at White Shark is awesome. Super responsive whenever I have questions and very knowledgeable.

All I can say is wow after having a Dyson for many years I decided to try shark hoovers so glad I purchased this so much better. My cordless shark made such a difference to my carpet the Dyson couldn’t do. Well done shark

White Shark has served us as a creative digital agency for over 5 years. We find them to be responsive, creative, hard working and reasonable. They are able to keep up with the constant changes in the Google, Microsoft search and advertising field. We are pleased with the results and the sales activity that they bring to our door.

Working directly with White Shark Media has enabled a steady growth of online sales for EcoDirect, a known online solar retailer. WSM has been instrumental in helping EcoDirect gain direct exposure to the increasing number of online shoppers interested in achieving energy independence. Our rep, Linda Duarte, is deeply committed and cares about the fine details of her customer's industries. With White Shark's help, EcoDirect's return on investment continues to be strong. Online orders have increased with a higher conversion value. We can tailor our campaigns to meet the changes in a growing and ever-changing renewables market. I would recommend White Shark Media if you are interested in increasing your online sales, yet not afraid to put in the extra work to help White Shark help you grow. Your insight is invaluable. What White Shark Media can accomplish with your insight is not magic. It is finesse.

Excellent Service. Very pleased with the results. We increased traffic to our website and increased our conversions dramatically. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. Ordered a item in May, it is still not here on July 8 and the company will not admit the item is lost or provide a refund. This company appears to be a scam or just extremely disorganized. They blame COVID, but at the same time saying they are new and to be patient. There are 1000’s of online retailers, not worth the hassle or time / energy.

We worked with them for 20 months. During this time we didn't achieve any of our goals. We were assigned with 4 different account managers and they didn't seem to understand our business or provided us guidance on how to improve the campaign performance (ads, landing pages, keywords); or actually being able to track leads and conversions. Sometimes it took them a lot of time to reply questions (more than a week) and we needed to send several reminders, or we got misleading answers (to set up a "thank you" page per campaign and later we were told that we only needed one page, didn't explain correctly how to use the conversion window, audiences for remarketing wrongly set up...). After analysing the campaigns closely we realised that after that period we didn't get a positive return on any of the accounts. We felt that we needed to push this all the time rather than working with an agency that is saving us time and helps us to successfully manages our ads to grow our business.
