New Home Buyer
Great working with the White Sands Realty team. They were able to figure out what exactly I was searching for in my new home experience. Mark at White Sands asked me the right questions and was able to find my dream home in South West Florida with Pulte in new home construction. Mark had all the tools and resources I needed to make the best decision in purchasing my home. He was also able to sell my previous home at my price in record time. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Mark and White Sands. I have both purchased and sold a home with them. The home sold in the short amount of time as we planned together (at the price we discussed). White Sands managed the entire process without requiring me to spend very much time working through the closing steps. Mark's team also bent over backwards to help us find our home and went above and beyond any expectations including tirelessly showing us properties all over town. These guys really know the real estate market in Naples and Collier County. In both the sale and purchase, White Sands helped us find additional expertise on financing, insurance, excavation, construction and repairs. We also benefited greatly from expert negotiating to resolve some challenging situations. I would recommend White Sands to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Well done
I referred a customer to Mark. The out of town couple were looking for a high-end home close to the water. Mark let Maurice Cossairt take them out to look at homes. Maurice found them exactly what they were looking for and took them to a successful closing. Well done!!

Wonderful experience!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with White Sands! Our agent, Jamie, was on top of everything and was very easy to work with. From the time we began the process until closing, everything went in a smooth and timely manner. We highly recommend White Sands to anyone planning to buy in the Naples area!

White Sands is the best. Mark, the broker and owner knows the area very well and will work with you to make sure you get your desired outcome. He and his associates are patient and helpful as you go through the process of buying or selling.
