Could not have had a better experience than I did with Derek at White Sands.
Derek Anderson had to do a lot of hand-holding with me during my recent move from NJ to Estero. From the point at which my husband and I began our search for something in our price range, to the day of settlement, he was extremely responsive to calls and emails, and went out if his way to get answers to my questions if he didn't have the information handy. He even attended my pre-drywall walk through, which I greatly appreciated. He has a very sincere and gentle way about him, unlike the stereotypical salesman. He is truly interested in your well-being. I am thankful to have had his support during the stressful moments of building a home and relocating from another part of the country. I would not hesitate to recommend Derek at White Sands.
