I discovered after an online search that White Mountain Ski Co. was one of just a few companies that stocked the super light windbreaker that I wanted. But before I did that I called the brick and mortar store and spoke to one of their associates about the true color of the windbreaker (it's so hard to tell from the pictures). His input was right on! Talk about service! The jacket was in the mail the next day. It shipped regular mail, via USPS, to California and it arrived within days. Such a pleasant experience.

Excellent service from knowledgeable people, I picked up two sets of skis from their fire sale, probably the busiest day of their year. Not only did they take the time to fit my boots to my skis. They took the time to teach me how to adjust my girlfriend’s bindings later AND answered all of my questions. Even with all of the movement and chaos of the fire sale around me, they took the time to ensure I was set up with both the gear and the knowledge to succeed. I am grateful for their time.
