These guy just want your money and being online just makes it easier form them to take it and harder for the customer to prove I'm deleting all my online accounts and going in my local casino from now on

I have reviewed your account and we can confirm your withdrawal of 50.00 GBP is currently processing/under review and will then move to a pending state and you would be able to view it in your account. All withdrawals at our casino will remain in a pending period for approximately 48 hours. Upon approval, your withdrawal will be released to your choice of wallet which in most cases reflects immediately but can take up to 24 hours. Should you withdraw to your bank account withdrawals typically reflect within the first 2 business days but can take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on your bank's processing facilities. Played here for a few weeks and years at sister sites no problem with deposits/withdrawals and really thought id found a brand you can trust I even recommended to a few friends who gamble. But out of the blue I get a email saying my account and all accounts on other whitehatgaming sites have been banned this is what it reads. After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has been decided to close down your account. As per clause 13.2 of the General Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason. I have no issue with my gambling and do it as entertainment win or loose i have limits and access to tools to limit myself more if need be. All this does is eventually drives players to shady untrusted casinos or having to go through the painful process of verification again as we all know that's most casinos downfall. I was also up on the casino in these weeks so the only reason I can think is they didn't want me to win more? Not sure how that works but that's the only reason I can think of. Id like to add the fact they said in that email if i had any balances on any of their sites the money would be lost. So Be careful even if your verified they might just shut your account mid gameplay and steal your money. Still no reply via Email don't let yourself get fooled into thinking they legit because they verify and process withdrawals no issues for a few weeks/months now just a utter shitshow trying to get replys.

Ask yourself, why does White Hat Gaming need at least 20 different brandings to exist? Unibet don't, LeoVegas don't. It's mainly to entice you in with deposit matches or offers as you can use get an offer at one branded site and then at another although do it too much and they will stop bonuses. WHG were burned by the UKGC and fined for lack of KYC's and customer vulnerability checks. Once this happened instead of learning they went totally the other way. You will be given a deposit limit which you will not be told about nor will it be displayed in your account area. After years of playing I had £500 for the month imposed - which is actually reasonable but this applies across all branded sites. I had to drag this info out of one of their reps. I had a full KYC and sent payslips and proof of winnings from other casinos for source of wealth and I stayed within the £500 limit. I think what happened next was due to me have a positive net/loss figure across their sites. Whilst I was playing, the game stopped and a message popped up to say that WHG feel I can not afford to gamble and so my account was suspended and has been ever since. I'm a long time gambler, I know my limits and £500 a month is affordable on my wage. The cheek to just say that I can not afford to gamble. Give over. Pay-out times are not good in comparison with other casinos. There are many better out there other than WHG. They will go the way of Casumo who also received hefty fines and then went overboard with non-stop checks. They lost plenty of players
