I ordered 2 sweaters on 17-1-2023 and received them on 20-2-2023. Instead of a cool sweater with a Yellowstone look, it's more like T-shirts. The customer service does not want to cooperate with the return delivery (This is highly illegal in the Netherlands) and fobbed me off with a refund of 7 US dollars.

Bought two items as a gift. Shipping has already taken approximately a month. Tracking is ridiculous as it just lists the item In One departure center after another in different countries with no clear idea of when the item will arrive. I now am fairly sure that once the item is received, it will be dollar store cheap garbage. Shame on you!! I will tell everyone about your deceitful, worthless scamming.

I ordered 2 'sweatshirts' on 11/22/2022, and just received today 12/16/2022. What I received is NOT what I ordered, a sweatshirt is thick, with fleece, what they shipped is so paper thin and cheap looking! I purchased this for my mother-in-law and would be totally embarrassed to give her this as a gift. Very disappointed, do not waste your money!!

Ordered Christmas sweat shirt in October and sent message to cancel the order since was close to Christmas. Came anyway today and nothing like I ordered. Looks like pajamas.. Poor material and poor everything looks like sh__. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it. Beware!!!!!

Even one star is too generous for this company...Item I ordered was not as described on the website and the photo of it was misleading. I ordered my size which after trying it on found didn't fit, I contacted the company asking for a refund, and how to return it, their advice was to give the item away! The garment was made of a very cheap material, and badly made at that. All I can say is do not have anything to do with this company ever. Total scam!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I will say they have answered my emails promptly but basically could care less. The product they send you is horrific. The material used the craftsmanship is below standard. Its just another case of a Chinese company masquerading as something else. Total bait and switch DO NOT Order from this company

UPDATE: OCT 20, 2022 - FINALLY received a couple more items - HA! Not even close to what I ordered and paid for. Paypal is no help. Again - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a top months ago - which I received - and it was ok. Took a month to get here, but that was ok too. Since then, I placed an additional order for almost $100 - for 4 items. Only received one - which also took a month. We are now in month 2, and the only response I get from them is a tracking number that goes nowhere, and the old "don't worry your items will come" reply. I have tried through PayPal to get a refund but they won't reply. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Bought 3 items and paid through PayPal. After I’d paid the price went up by £12. Waited for goods to arrive. I T-shirt ok. Jumper arrived with words spelled wrong and poor quality and wrong colour . Other sweatshirt didn’t arrived. They agreed to refund unauthorised increase and sent out missing shirt. Insisted that the faulty item was correct when it left them and offered me a $3 refund. I asked to return and it cost me £20 - PayPal paid £15 of that. There was no one at the address in china when postage service tried to deliver. PayPal refunded item cost but still down over charged postage and return postage despite promises to refund. Awful company.
