Absolute effing TRASH! Took a month to receive one item of my order. When I emailed them, which is the only way to contact them, they reply two-three days later, to ask about the rest of my order, they sent it out the next day and then replied saying it was coming in two Shipments. Another month and then the rest of my order arrives. And guess what….they sent the wrong shirt. I have LITERALLY BEEN going back and forth with customer service, telling them and showing pics of what I ordered and what arrived and that it is wrong. They keep telling me “they checked their warehouse and they sent the right shirt.” And I am literally showing them proof! They keep re-iterating how expensive it would be to return. Like they will do anything to not have a return. It’s not made in the USA and not shipped from US either. Fake! SCAM!

This site is stealing designs from ETSY artists! STARRHILLWITCHERY is one of the shops! Do not purchase from this site!

Don't believe the paid-for 5-star reviews. This site is purely profiting off artists' work without their permission. If you look at the website code, you'll also see they're just randomly putting up numbers for "people browsing" and "recently purchased". Stay away from this garbage site made by lowlifes.

This site is using art produced and owned by artists without their consent and is unresponsive to requests to take it down. I have reached out to the artist and have confirmed the lack of consent. The item in question is titled "Women's Ghost Mushroom Print".

Like a lot of fast fashion clothing companies popping up, this one too is stealing art for their apparel. Do not buy.

Despite the seemingly endless list of bad reviews I was almost going to give them a good one. I actually received the products I ordered and there is nothing wrong with the quality of materials. I ordered using their size guide and the t shirt fits. However, the shorts are a complete joke. I am a size UK 8/10 and like loose fitting clothes. I followed the websites size guide and ordered small. My measurements were actually smaller than the small on the guide so I thought they'd be slightly loose. Especially since they are described as a "loose fit." The shorts are so small absolutely no adult could possibly get into them. They are clearly made for a child. I can't get them past my knees and that is not an exaggeration! On request of a refund they claimed that it is my fault as I ordered the small and that is what I got. I only ordered the small because I was following their size guide! Which is diabolical! I measured the shorts and sent them pictures (if their was an option to add them to this review I would have) and they still refuse to admit they are in the wrong. Measuring around the full waistband the shorts are 60cm and then 80cm at full stretch. The size guide suggests small is 98cm!! After reading some of the other reviews and my own experience I would not waste your time or money with this company.

Wish I'd have read these reviews before I bought 3 tops and 2 caps for up an coming concert, 2 of which were gifts. You get put through to robot Customer Services which has same response for any returns query which is it would cost more to return that to keep. Quality isn't great and neither is the delivery time. Stay well clear and DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

I ordered a size larger than I normally wear since I wanted the item to fit loosely. The item was very small, so I immediately contacted the company for a return or exchange. I have now gone back and forth with the company over a week, and they refuse to process a return or exchange stating that the return "will take a long time" and suggesting that I keep the item and/or give it to a friend.
