Three out of three orders I’ve placed…
Three out of three orders I’ve placed with Whiskey Library have been an incredible pain. Even though all of the items were on the same order, all three were short products and all three took an unrealistic amount of time and effort to get corrected. Each time it was an excuse blaming the shipping department for the errors. All of the three orders were announced for delivery on a specific date requiring a signature, but none arrived on that date. That resulted in me missing a total of seven full days wages waiting for deliveries and the additional deliveries of the missing items. A separate issue was the “mystery box.” The advertisement showed the box containing four bottles but when the box arrived it only had three bottles, two of which were nothing special. That was another day of lost wages for the box and an additional day for delivery of the missing bottle. I can sum this review up in one piece of advice for anyone considering doing business with Whiskey Library - DON’T DO IT!!!
