It took a while to get but well worth the wait
It took much longer for my box to ship and arrive than advertised, so I wasn't too thrilled initially. But Whiskey Library gave me a $25 gift card for the delay. And their customer service was fast, helpful, and understanding through it all. Once the box finally arrived, it vastly exceeded my expectations, from the Doc Holliday 10yr to the Glecairen glasses to the $25 gift card to the 3 "mystery bottles" which included an impressive $279 15 Stars Platinum (1 bottle equal to the cost of the entire box!). And while I enjoyed the 15 Stars, Doc Holliday, and the bottle of Dark Arts Empyrean I received, the bottle of Barrel Bourbon was not a good fit for my tastes - but Whiskey Library, true to their word, credited my account the $99 value which allowed me to order one I had been eyeing for a while, an Old Soul Tintype Series #2 Hermon Hitson (with some help from the 2 $25 gift cards, that is). Overall, great selection and outstanding customer service make this a highly recommended purchase for all whiskey lovers!

Hi Bryan, Thank you so much for the incredible 5-star review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience in such detail. We apologize again for the longer-than-expected shipping time, and we’re grateful for your patience while we worked through it. We’re thrilled to hear the Mystery Box exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the Doc Holliday 10 Year, the 15 Stars Platinum, the Glencairn glasses, and the flexibility to exchange the Barrel Bourbon for a bottle that better matched your taste. Our goal has always been to help every customer find bottles they’ll genuinely enjoy, so we’re glad we could make that happen. Your kind words about our customer service and selection mean the world to our team. Thank you for your recommendation and for being part of the Whiskey Library community—we can’t wait to surprise you with more exceptional pours in the future! Cheers The Whiskey Library Support Team.
