5-star customer service I have had great experiences with Whisker Docs for the past 2 years. When you call they have the option of leaving your phone number in line for a call back so you don’t have to stay on hold. Every tech we’ve spoken with is very compassionate and kind, and thorough. They walk us through the different options for our concerns with our pet and will even sometimes share their experience addressing the concern from working at a vet/animal hospital. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable. I always feel heard, valued, and my concerns are always addressed. They even send follow up emails with the recommendations made for me so I don’t have to worry about writing every detail down. As a first time dog owner, I can’t imagine not having access to this service! Thank you whisker docs.

The vet tech we spoke to gave us comfort and calmed us down by recommending we check our dog’s temperature and if it was above 103 to take her to the ER. She asked a lot of questions and her answers after our answers made us feel better about the situation. They answered the phone quickly which was great.

I really like this service and the opportunity to talk to a vet technician when I am not at ease with my pet condition and I want to hear a brief opinion regarding my worries. It does not replace an exam from a vet nor can give an exact cure or cause for symptoms, but can make pet parents a little less anxious. Overall I am very happy with this service

This service was excellent. They gave me a lot of things to consider when we were dealing with our cat's illness. We had some doubts about the diagnosis and treatment of our local vet, but this service provided us with additional information to consider so that we could assess available options more intelligently.
