I have always depended on whiskerDocs.com when it comes to the care of my dog, Bengie. He's no spring chicken, so the docs are always looking to make sure their handling of his case is appropriate for his age and general condition. Their service is great. The lady that helped me today was very knowledgeable, caring, and provided outstanding customer service. She was able to provide some guidance for me regarding helping my dog. I was very impressed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lora, the vet tech I spoke with when I called whiskerDocs after my husky mix decided that eating a cat toy was a perfectly reasonable life choice. I was extremely worried and honestly close to tears throughout much of the call. Lora was absolutely amazing. She was calm, kind, patient, and incredibly empathetic. She managed to talk me off the proverbial ledge without ever making me feel as though I was overreacting or that my concerns weren't valid. What I appreciated most was how carefully she explained everything. She made sure I understood what she was telling me, what I needed to watch for, and what my next steps should be. At a time when I was anxious enough that retaining information was not exactly my strong suit, she never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before we ended the call. Lora also sent me a summary email afterward, which was incredibly helpful. Because I had been so emotional during our conversation, being able to go back later, once I had calmed down, and reread everything we had discussed gave me tremendous peace of mind. Lora was knowledgeable and professional, but what really stood out was her genuine compassion. When you're frightened about an animal you love, having someone on the other end of the phone who understands that and treats you with kindness makes an enormous difference. I am so grateful that Lora was the person who answered my call that day. She is an absolute credit to whiskerDocs, and I hope they know what a gem they have in her.
