As a first time pet owner
As a first time pet owner, this saved me from a trip to the vet and reassured me that I was doing the right things for my pet. The vet tech I spoke with was friendly, patient, and very thorough. She took her time with me and explained everything in detail.

Great service …
The vet assistant I spoke with was very caring and concerned for my pet. She did not rush but listened to me and my concerns. She provided advice that appears to be working. The service was very helpful and helped alleviate my concerns.

Very helpful and informative talk about the behavior issue I called about with my cat. Helped me understand the behavior better and gave me suggestions about how to deal with it.
