The Vet Tech was great at bringing my fear and anxiety over my dog’s injury down so I could take the best action for her. The knowledge provided helped me make the right decisions. I wish I had this resource when my children were growing up! Thank you!!!

Our Pets Best insurance policy comes with this service. It was so nice to be able to quickly get answers to my questions from an educated tech about our one pup who was coughing.

Helps ease pet anxiety

Melissa is the best!
Melissa was a wonderful resource in my time of need. She was a calming experienced voice and compassionate care giver. Thank you, Melissa. You are a gem and deserve a raise!!! To WhiskerDocs admins--keep Melissa and promote her. She is a 10+. She speaks clearly and can articulate like a pro. This is the voice you want customer facing. I've experienced far too many poorly skilled interactions over the years. Melissa is the total package. Again, keep her or promote her to a role in training others on how to do the job skillfully!
