Kind and helpful guidance!
The Vet Tech was kind, listened to my concern (about the toxicity of a plant my dog had ingested), and helped provide researched guidance to help me keep my dog safe. Thank you!

Eased my mind!
Provided great ease of mind in the situation. Allowed me to do small checks on my pup. Gave advice on when to escalate to vet/emergency vet and some potential at home solutions!

My newly adopted dog had tummy issues.
The veterinarian detailed every aspect of what was suggested for my dog. I appreciate the suggestions for food and for treats.. I also appreciate the quick response to my question.

The tech was responsive and empathetic at the same time. The tech was quick to respond with evidence based answers. Subsequently I left with a preliminary treatment plan to move forward. So appreciate the service!
